The entire cast were excellent, superb, and brilliant. The director, cast, production, crew, and soundtrack were absolutely stellar. This drama is and will always be a true masterpiece classic. Ancient Love Poetry is severely underrated. I wish more people can discover this hidden treasure and enjoy this beautiful high quality drama. And you will not be disappointment as Xu kai who played the main characters will be a delight for you.

Ancient Love Poetry is a rare superb drama with 3 dimensional charming characters Bai Jue and shang gu. Xu kai played Bai Jue and his split character Qingmu. He did a marvellous job. This drama is worth to watch for numerous times. Every scene is a masterpiece. The special effect action scene, love scene, story line and voice acting are all perfectly done. It's available on youtube with English subtitles. This song is the ending soundtrack which I believe is the best. My thoughts go through Bai jue's mind with the melody and the lyrics which is literally Bai jue's inner monologue. I feel the deep pain and deep love Bai Jue endured for his love Shanggu and for all the creatures in the 3 realms.
