Queen of tears is literally the visualization of the marriage vow. “For richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do us part.” They lived to grow older and raise their own family. The love that has never left and only stayed, even in the afterlife. That’s so beautiful. The ending showed us the reality that no one can escape death. Aging is normal, and death is truly the final ending. Personally, I think growing old together, dying and meeting your greatest love on the other side was the best ending anyone could realistically get in this lifetime. That is a happy ending for me🍀💖

i rlly love the ending but i also cant forget the fact the original ending is with haein's death being 2034 after her tumor relapse..whcih explains why the family dont have much pictures with their daughter(only until 10)...i ddint think much of it until i saw article about the writer's last mintue change 😭

원래 티비 보는거 안좋아해서 중학생때부터 현재 27살때까지 본방사수한 드라마가 없었는데 넷플로 우연히 봤다가 재밌어서 첨으로 주말마다 본방사수한 드라마.. 여운이 너무쎄서 저도 아직 못헤어 나왔습니다 ㅜㅜ

As an audience, I believe that “Queen of Tears” is truly a masterpiece. We enjoyed the entire drama, although we didn't like some parts of the plot. But overall, it's beyond awesome. We cried, we laughed, we felt every emotion with each character. I know it's almost impossible to see the entire cast and crew in another drama/movie/project, but I want to keep that hope in mind. Dear Kim Jiwon-ssi and Kim Soohyun-ssi, you two did a great job. We are very proud of you!!! Wishing the entire production crew all the luck and health. Thank you for everything and I hope to see you all again one day. 🤍🤍🤍

It was a very, very realistic and satisfying ending. They lived together for 50 years or so, had one daughter and the ending shows that he's visiting her grave with flowers(which she requested to be placed there when they visited before). Also, when she still had problems with her brain, she saw flashes of an old man visiting a grave with flowers so she asked Hyun Woo whether he would do such thing or not. Just wish that we got to see more happy scenes with the two of them. There were plenty in the trailers.. none in the final cut!!

처음에는 기분 안좋았는데 곱씹을수록 이거만큼 해피엔딩이 없다. 결국 해인이는 오래살았고. 나중에 한명이 먼저 가면 마중나온다는 약속까지 다 이뤄졌으니

2074년까지 살면서 분명 기억도 다 찾았을거고 어린시절 자신을 구해준게 현우 였단 사실도 알게됐을거고, 처음엔 나도 욕했지만 진짜 지금 몇번째 엔딩 부분 돌려보는건지 모르겠음. 최고?는 아니겠지만 아주 가슴 먹먹한 기억에 오래 남을 해피엔딩이였음....

저도 마지막회 첨엔 달달씬이 부족해서 아쉬웠는데.. 김수현 ost들으며 다시 보니.. 너무 좋더라구요 부부라는 관계가 한 평생 사랑하며 살든 미워하며 살든.. 같이 동맹군이 되어 살다 결국 둘 중 누군가 하나는 혼자 남게 되는 게.. 너무 힘든 일이거라는 사실에 울컥하고 먹먹해져서.. 김수현 노래가사와 엔딩에서 나름 위안을 받았고 아름다웠습니다.

This storyline is not the fairytale kind of story. I love how the writer made it so relatable that most of us desires this kind of love, sometimes we fell apart in life with our shortcomings and to end our lives with memories shared with the person we love. 드라마의 여운이 이렇게까지 긴 적이 없었는데 이 드라마는 왤케 여운이 길까 생각해봤어요. 이유가 김수현 배우가 마지막에 ost 부르면서 나오는 장면들이 그 동안의 현우가 얼마나 해인이를 사랑했는지 얼마나 고생했는지 생각나게 해서 그런 것 같아요. 그만 드라마에서 빠져 나와야되는데 아직도 마음이 너무 아프고 애리네요..후

I dont watch kdramas too often but came across this drama thru netflix and i def do not regret it. This is what kdramas are suppose to be. Theres alot of drama but so many life lesons and relatable stories to everyone in the world who has a significant other. Queen of tears will always be my favorite kdrama now. Such an amazing cast, soo hyun and ji won were soooo perfect for each other in this drama. Great acting

The most beautiful song for the most beautiful ending of a drama. Soohyun's voice is so soothing, first time I heard it being played last night I cried. Am still crying now seeing this too. Queen of Tears has touched my heart in a way I can't ever explain. My tears tank has just become huge thanks to Queen of tears

I can’t listen for too long, it breaks my heart to see Hae In still go although I know they had 50 happy years together. I wish we had more scenes of them in the present living a happy life. The end lyrics is “I want to go with you, to our home”, a callback to when Hae In said episode 5 to let’s go home together. When I read this, I started tearing because their love is so pure and wonderful. I’ll miss you guys so much on screen.
