Muzan Kibutsuji (鬼き舞ぶ辻つじ 無む惨ざん Kibutsuji Muzan?) is the main antagonist of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is the Demon King, the first of his kind, and the progenitor of all other demons in existence. Muzan is also the leader of the Twelve Kizuki, an organization of the twelve strongest demons in existence that serve directly under him.
A millennium ago, during the Heian Era, Muzan was turned into a demon during an experimental treatment trying to cure his terminal illness and his goal since then was to live without the fear of death and become truly eternal. He plans to accomplish this in two ways: finding the Blue Spider Lily or creating more demons in hopes that one day one would be able to conquer their weakness of sunlight.
As the Demon King, Muzan can control all those who have assimilated his blood to become demons, with Nezuko Kamado, Tamayo, Yushiro, and Chachamaru being the only exceptions. It is later revealed that Muzan is of the same bloodline as the Ubuyashiki Family.
Nakime (鳴なき女め Nakime?) is a supporting antagonist in the Infinity Castle Arc of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. She was initially a demon who served under Muzan Kibutsuji's command due to owning and controlling the Infinity Castle that he has made his base of operations, but after Hantengu's death, she eventually attains the position of Upper-Rank Four (上じょう弦げんの肆し Jōgen no Shi?) in the Twelve Kizuki.

I just start crying, when Nezuko hugs Tanjiro and I'm sure, I'll cry like hell when this gets animated 😭 Thanks for your amazing narration, Demon Slayer has not the best plot but it's a plot that makes you emotional and connect more than any anime story.❤️

No. Demon Slayer is only good for animation and fight scenes. If you want a Shonen with insane character and relationship building which will get you emotional in the end. *It's Gintama!* Comedy does the world and relationship building while the serious arcs will make you emotional.
Lady Tamayo is like Itachi Uchiha of Demon Slayer. She's missing from the final fight whole time but because of her all hashiras was successfully defeated Muzan. Just like Itachi did in the final fight of Great Ninja War by stopping reanimation jutsu of Kabuto.

Even tanjiro ancestors also state that when yorichii was performing his 12 forms of sun breathing. It looks like that the sprit is dancing....... Yorichii was way too powerful who knocked muzan in only 3s. Even at the age of 80 while fighting his brother. His one blow is enough which make kokoshibo fear of death
