This is NOT kosha mangsho in any way. Kosha mangsho in Hindi means bhuna mutton. It is a labor of love and needs to be stirred constantly and browned for over 1-2 hours until it browns as well as softens. The recipe you made is a mutton curry, not mutton kosha.

You're wrong. Mutton kosha never has potato.

This recipe is not kosha mangsho. Tomato puree is not used in kosha mangsho
