Spain is by far the best country to try raw dishes and i really knocked it out of the park in this vlog , trying raw dishes that are far from the norm . I present my vlogs from the perspective of an average tourist . Everything I do in my vlogs is entirely doable. As always all reviews impartial and all good and drink paid for by myself.

Would you ever do a travel vlog series to mexico or the US? I feel like you would love mexican cuisine with its spiciness and some of the raw dishes you can get

I’ve been a few times in the past , and a bit off the beaten track. Not sure when I’ll go back , and of course the security situation was a lot better back then.

Cerdo Iberico is the primest you can get with pork, you just can't go wrong with it. Great vlog again, can't wait for the new Champions League season to kick out

Very much in my plans to vlog from the sidrerías in Gijón and Oviedo .

Your reaction to the raw prawns in chili made me see just how much you would love a Mexican seafood dish called Agua Chiles.. shrimps or prawns cooked lightly in lime juice heavily seasoned with habaneros or Chiles serranos and of course loads of onion!

I’m sure I would . I think I’ve had it in a European /British Mexican restaurant, but from my 3 or 4 visits to Mexico , I have realised we don’t get anything at all authentic , and that I haven’t even scratched the surface when it came to Mexican food .

Will definitely try El Ingrediente a go. I wish I had seen this video earlier - I ended up at 5 Guys today with a rather dissapointing burger. Btw, did you get condensation on your lense from the Victoria falls? The image isn't as good as before you went to SA. (Is it the DJI Osmo pocket you are using?). Glad you are enjoying Madrid anyway.

Hi Dan , yes condensation was a problem , I need to learn how to deal with that or avoid it . I was using a DJI pocket 2 and the wide angle lense . I switched to my phone during the cruise . As for El ingrediente , great choice and value for money , I’m not in madrid at the moment so the film , while not ancient is not current , I think they’ve changed the menu a little (as good fusion restaurants should ) but I checked it and it still looks good.

I have 3 cameras , a Sony ZV1 my iPhone 12 Pro and the DJI pocket 2 . Maybe phone was best for the waterfall though it can overheat with prolonged use . I wish now I’d taken a degree in photography now all those years ago 😀

Spain yes , hard to say where my favourite place is , I like Seville , Asturias Malaga and Galicia quite a lot as well as Madrid .
