Mutton Do Pyaza Marination Ingredients:
Mutton -1 Kg
Thick Curd - 200 grams
Slit Green Chillies - 6
Onion Cubes of -2 Large Onions
Coriander Leaves -
a few Mustard Oil- 1 Laddle
Salt-1 tsp

Mustard Oil- 2 Laddle
Whole Spices Cinnamon -1
Black Pepper -1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Green Cardamom - 5
Black Cardamom -3
Star Anise -2
Mace -1 small
Cloves - 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf - 2
Ginger Chopped -1 Tbsp
Garlic Chopped -1 Tbsp
Onions Chopped - 6 Large
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder -1 tsp

Grated Nutmeg - 1/4
Garam Masala -1 tsp
