Ghee - 2-3 Tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 Stick
Cardamom - 6-7 Pcs
Cloves - 14-15 Pcs
Star Anise - 2 Pcs
Bay Leaves - 3-4 Leaves
JaadiPathri (Mace) - 2-3 Pcs
Kalpasi (Black Stone Flower) - 2-3 Pcs
Onion - 2 Large, Half-Rings
Mint Leaves - A Handful, Chopped
Coriander Leaves - A Handful, Chopped
Red Chili - 1 Pc
Bird’s Eye Chili - 10-15 PCs
Tomato - 2 Medium, Small Diced
Ginger/Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Chili Powder - 2 Tbsp
Plain Yogurt - ½ Cup
