To be honest, i tried almost all the best restaurant in hyderabad mutton, chicken and beef biryani like Mehfil, cafe bahar, shah ghouse, Bawarchi and alhamdullilah restaurant it's really good but nothing satisfied me like our seeraga samba biryani of Tamilnadu and the best biryani I ate is Bangladesh style Fakruddin biryani which is very rich aromatic flavour and rice is similar to seeraga samba. I request jabbar bhai to visit to dhaka (Bangladesh) once to explore this famous kacchi biryani from Fakruddin, it will be very unforgettable taste.

Thanks Jabbar Ji, much awaited recipe and I tried. Aroma and flavour of rice was delicious, 15 min high flame was too much, the mutton and masala burned out, I think it’s difference of cooking vessel, I might need to reduce the high and medium flame time . I will try again with smaller high heat time to find what’s right for me🥳,

Bhai , I tried once more, this time with 5 mins high flame, 15 min medium flame and 25 mins on low flame, Masala cooked perfectly and mutton was like butter, now I'm very glad. Thank you once again for this recipe, the aroma and taste is simply outstanding 😋😋

Try out with 10 minutes high. This will release the fat from the meat. And cook in low flame for 30 minutes.

Thank You Bhai for your love and kindness. Bhai, Since you told for first 15 mins keep in High flame, then 30 mins in Low flame. Is not when keeping in High flame for 15 mins , the mutton which under will turn like black charcoal

mutton will not turn black as the 1 kg of mutton will release its own juices which is watery (approximately 300 ml) , curd will also release the water , water from rice too will come down (some people add 1 cup of hot water to the mutton , curd, spice oil and mix it thoroughly and then layer it with rice). Moreover 200 ml of oil that was added to the mutton , spice , curd mix will prevent the mutton getting charred down . Please see this video . kzread.info/dash/bejne/nHd1pMRxeNbYh7Q.html

mutton will not turn black as the 1 kg of mutton will release its own juices which is watery (approximately 300 ml) , curd will also release the water , water from rice too will come down (some people add 1 cup of hot water to the mutton , curd, spice oil and mix it thoroughly and then layer it with rice).
