Thank you for bringing this mod of a mod some spotlight. GAMMA is my first full playthrough of a Stalker game and I'm having a blast.

The stalker games will be a breeze to play through and you'll have more fun. Just know for the first game the first head shot does like 8x damage and has a cool down so shoot pistols like a close range sniper and combat will be fine unmodded.

Love the stalker content my man. Found out that in G.A.M.M.A. you can put a pistol or small SMG in the vision or knife slot as well, so you can tote around more cool guns!

I do wish you could capture rain water as it rains. Either by holding the container, or crafting a collector.

@Klean I built my hideout in the top floor apartment of the vine anomaly (Outskirts) - Elevated, Safe from Enemies/storms, nice sunrise from the roof too :P

Ah! Can't resist looting and sorting inventory while you're standing out in the open. Usually get away with it but sometimes you don't haha. Ps: the backpack animation has been causing problems. I think Grok disabled it by default. EFP is well worth a play, and it all depends on what you prefer, I prefer GAMMA as well because it solves the OP progression of other iterations of Anomaly but some people like it I guess. I just don't think a Stalker should be able to fully kit out a week into the zone, breaks the immersion, if you can do it why doesn't every other Stalker?

some people say this isnt a horror game but i feel like with it having such an eire atmosphere it makes it one the best horror games. Like if shits quite im already scared

Above ground isn't a horror game, once you hit underground labs or any facility or the NPP itself it becomes a proper horror game

I ended up building a hideout in rostok by the 100 rads bar but i have stashes at farm and the clear sky base in the swamp for fast travel

@@zer0synd1cate when you put a bag down as a stash go to the map on the pda and right click on your stash an option to fast travel/get fast travel cost should pop up on your mouse

@@zer0synd1cate i just play with the standard gamma mod list, i do have the stutter fix selected but thats it, also you can turn the setting on to allow you to fast travel while overweight so have fun, though like the daddysave thing you have a timer with how often you can fast travel as well as it has a cost depending on the distance, idk if weight changes it at all

I don't know if you know about this but in gamma you can put a handgun in your vision slot

I am wearing the best non-exo armor in the game and can shrug off small arms fire like it's nothing but why do I die in 3 bites from a skinny little dog? They really need to make weaker mutants less armor piercing.

I wish your camera was somehwere else, maybe bottom right, whenever you find some loot the camera view blocks the spot where guns and armour etc is and im left wondering what you found until you move it then having to pause etc4

I didn’t even think of making a safebase. Prolly the paranoia of a mutant attack keeps me close the the main camps. If you make a base is it safe from storms?

I'd prefer the deagle to fight agains Chimera! The 357 bullet got buffed and deal shit ton of damage 1 mag dump on them should be enough

question, when hovering over weapons or armor. The part list percentages font size is way bigger than default, how did you do that?

EFP has no idea what it even wants to be and has switched directions several times. Takes forever to wade through all the keybinds and settings just to get to a comfortable spot and even then the pack just feels like a mess. Gamma is a much more cohesive experience by comparison.

It's pretty aight. Could do without the 24/7 spam or racial slurs and 12 yr Olds confused what anomalies are, how they died, and why a bandit would shoot them if they weren't shooting the bandit.

I've noticed this seems to have significantly less radiation than my game does... mod? if it is can someone link it. I love Gamma.. but I would enjoy it a lot more if it had little to no radiation.

I tried installing gamma, followed a video guide and everything worked as described but when I go to launch nothing happens..urg. Edit: And it does say I have everything installed that I should.

I had the same problem, but fixed it with the very convenient troubleshooting guide and bot commands in the gamma discord.

You probably haven't replaced the anomaly executables with the ones on the gamma folder and the reshade.
