Haha, the Reforger AI have definitely improved.

People really need to go back to ARMA 2 and go take a good look at the mod " Advanced AI Mix " i don't even think ARMA 4 will achieve the results of that mod. Units move cover to cover, hold position, instantly take cover behind walls or any objects, constantly angling for shooting with leaning, drag away injured teammates to safety for healing and much more. It's just crazy

I never used the Advanced AI Mix mod from A2, but I am pretty impressed with the latest update for Reforger and how the AI uses cover, smoke and flanking now.

Play Combat ops - Everon and you will see how good new Reforger AI since last patch is. They do all of what you mentioned, plus they are opportunistic in behaviour setting up ambushes. I played alot even when it was on Arma reforger experimental before they put it on live version, so I speak after testing it exstensively. People in general are prejudiced when talking about Reforger just to bash it without even testing it properly, yet it came a long way since 2 years ago when it released. I'm Arma3 vet, and I haven't touched it in months since I only play Reforger, that's how good it is with mods. Engine itself is leaps and bounds better than anything on the market atm, not just cluncky bad Arma3 one. Beaty, go on open grassland fields or lush forests on sunrise and sunset, its like photorrealstic, foliage and nature sounds also.

And i'm talking about ARMA 2 Advanced AI Mix. i have seen enough of Reforger "AI" and the non existent ARMA 3. and i can safely say it doesn't hold a candle to ARMA 2 Advanced AI Mix. No one is talking about ARMA 3. ARMA 3 has no AI and every single mod for it is a mess with units laying prone, standing up, laying prone, aiming at random directions etc etc. Those that have seen Advanced AI Mix in action know what i'm talking about and how impressive that mod is.

The Ai mod I have for Arma 3 actually is kinda similar, but they don't drag friends away or anything, but they prioritize cover in contact, and actually move in a stack, in which I was surprised. They also peek every object around them. They can still be dumb every now and then though 😂

​@@xzxxx-km4vyArma Reforger's new AI basically makes that A2 mod obsolete. Literally just named all the things the new AI can do, minus dragging Friendly's away because that's not a thing. But if it was im quite sure they would probably do it.

Definitely needed that's for sure.

This is what i want to learn to do. Creating ops against AI. I've been interested in more and more Milsims lately but can't play with an organized group as im only in the same place for a few months and my friends wont play unless its AI only. One of these days.

I am not trying to be "bossy" But you can press F1 while in combat to put your earplugs in, it lowers the surrounding noise, but leaves your radio at full volume. Just remember to take them out again if you want to talk to someone face to face

Assuming you have the mod installed, yes then F1 works.

I was invisible to you all game?? When the contacts were attacking from the north bunker I was there whole time laying down fire with the SAW. Yeah sounds like desync to me. A lot of times you'll see guys either floating up in the air or down in the ground.

This is random lol but after recently trying this game, i haven't touched tarkov, this plays like tarkov should.
