If you can dream it, you can lift it at this one-of-a-kind badass gym located in Rotherham, UK. Seven different leg presses are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to understanding how MASSIVE this gym is. With enough machines to fill three regular gyms, Ron doesn't know what exercises Kuba's gonna put him through- but he knows they're going to be BRUTAL.

Great episode. I was wondering when this gym would make the series. I think the viewers would greatly appreciate some more in-depth talk about the machinery, especially when you finally have the chance with someone like Kuba, a front figure in modern British bodybuilding & equipment nerd. Just my honest opinion. Anyways, great series, can´t wait for next episode.

Great episode as always Ron and what a bad ass gym. I’ve been following Kuba from the beginning when he did his rookie season series. Very knowledgeable guy so I’m sure his gym is amazing place to visit!!!

Y’all should consider visiting North Tampa Powerhouse… make sure it’s North Tampa Powerhouse because the other one sucks. The North Tampa location is the most legit hardcore gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled a lot in attempt to find them. Some very rare equipment and a lot of 90’s bodybuilding history on the walls

Great gym. Definitely need an ultra flex in middlesbrough. The word natural is joke lol. Nautilus incline is is a brilliant piece. Kuba definitely needs to use it more

Picked up on the conversation regarding deadlifting bars and how expensive they are & without proper use people could cause damage and F the bar up… that also goes for All the other machines especially the pin loaded some people slamming the stack down are idiots and ruining the equipment for all other members
