Hi there, I work for a predator-free organisation in Aotearoa/New Zealand where stoats are an invasive species and would like to ask your permission to use this video to share with our community how to identify stoats. We would be happy to credit you for your video. Would you be interested in giving me your permission?

The best way to get rid of it is to catch it with a non-lethal trap like a cage and move it far enough. You can find these traps in hardware stores and use fresh meat as bait or fruits.

@@switch12345678 Minks and Ferrets can tear a cat to bits quite easily. Whatever that is, (I’m assuming it’s a Stoat or something similar) I doubt it can’t hold its own against a cat. A dog would never be able to catch it.

@@kipthebunbun "Tear to bits" is nonsense. A cat weighs twenty times as much. In addition, the ermine is also shy around predators, the same applies to the dog.
