Rowan Ives recommends The Irish Pagan School...
"The courses at the Irish Pagan School offer an in-depth approach to Irish paganism that is based on genuine history and folklore. There is so much here for curious learners of all levels to gain knowledge and insight on their spiritual paths while avoiding the misinformation that is sadly common in popular modern paganism. I have benefited greatly from the classes and look forward to taking more."

Hi Jon, I really appreciated this video as it reassures me that I'm not on the wrong path when my views don't quite match up with either yours or Lora's on certain things. I'm so glad I came across IPS and really do appreciate all of the information and classes you both do. I also wanted to say how happy I was to be part of the social on Saturday. I work on weekends and had to listen whilst driving, so I hope that didn't come across as disrespectful. I'm so glad I did, though, as I don't have anyone locally or within my family that gets spirituality, so it's nice to know I'm not alone. Once again, thank you both as I think I've finally found my tuatha, and for that, I'm eternally grateful. Best wishes to you and Lora

Most of the time when I disagree with IPS, it's over what's a good resource vs a bad resource. But I respect the native Irish viewpoint on appropriation, even if those resources don't bother *me* specifically as an American pagan, and I've recommended the school loads of times to others. I've been an eclectic witch for close to 28 years now so I'm not shy about grabbing what I want and leaving the rest (though I've always been good about documenting where I grabbed from... I've got journals from my late-90s college years full of URLs of websites that no longer exist, but I still know where those bits originally came from if they weren't my bits and I share that source info if I'm sharing those bits of information). And as an elder/teacher in my own Tradition, I really really appreciate that your work and classes do stress thinking for oneself, doing the personal work, and not accepting anyone as a guru.

Thank you for putting this out. I decided to watch your vids, do some of the coursework and read Irish Witchcraft before formulating strong opinons on where I stood with it. In large part I do agree with what you are saying, but as in most things I will find a twist or a tweak to do what is right for me. Thanks again, I ❤ IPS.

🔥🌧🌈For me, at journey's seeming end, we continue sharing the healing rainbow(just as the "last Irish Chieftains" as Irish Professor Pat Flannery mentions regarding the O'Donnells and O'Neills wished to do when they eventually found rest with the help of the Spanish and also Italy); we remind them that Hector's Warrior spirit still lives in("The Milesians, the sons of Mil, had left from Spain; they were connected to Miletus(Ancient Greek World of Ionia, as my friend Athena reminded me to embrace my natural jet dark black hair months ago "as you should", with her dyed jet black hair being gorgeous)", not being completely extinguished by Achilles("Troy still stands"), and ultimately the rainbow as we shine once more

It's just everybody's opinion at the end of the day. Nobody is doing what the actual druid practiced. Most of the modern Irish or any modern pagan schools are basically wiccan witches with hardcore liberal Western feminist views. Doing the same thing taking what fragmented limited sources are available and then adding their perspective. None of us have unbroken lineages in the Celtic original religion. Studying authentic Daoist and tantric unbroken lineages was nothing like these pagan schools. Compared to unbroken lineages the information is like a child coloring book. The pagan schools ran like Western Christian schools. A stark contrast to an accomplished master of an unbroken lineage with standards. Regardless of the negativity surrounding these topics, I take a stance of unity. At the end of the day, everyone is trying their best with what they have. Even though I don't agree with the Wiccan hardcore Western feminist types. I understand how they got to that point.

its never been talked about , there are few guardians of our culture that task themselves in fixing the wrongs committed against Irish/Gael/Pagan culture throughout time . silient work but vital work , as a critical thinker with guidance from An Dagda more , i only question to seek truth , to honour our ancestors with the facts we know as truth .
