Hm again we don't know what are the chances of cracking pg then ss we have to study till age 35 the for earing name another 10 years about about 30 35 year left in your live out of which exclude 10 year of old age that problem state and old ages 😢. This is just my pov : mujhe aisa lagta hai jo bachche 4-5 attempts dekar phir medical college pahuch rhe hein , i think its ok because life tab tak aapko itna kuch sikha deti hein na ki hum cheezon ko handle krr seekh jaate hein ,bhale vo mbbs ki padhai kyun na ho . And hnn yeh baat bhi sach hai hai ki duniya mein aur bhi cheezein hein , lekin bass is cheez ka dhyaan rkhna ki jahan pe bhi jaao na usmein tum successful aur best ho. At the end of the day ''just go with the flow'' .Jo hona hai hoga lekin tum bss apni mehnat kro.

Absolutely...❤... you know it's not only mine its the story of every student today that they are not clear what to do in their life..coz the society told them that a successful career means being a doctor, engineer,ias, pilot since childhood no one talks about the other career which are even existing with high pays...and yes this period of life when you don't know what to do in life is actually very stressful, devastating.You have to fight alone. very stressful😣..stay strong champs!

Very logical decision. Again NEET UG is not the ultimate exm. U hv to again sit for NEET PG. If u r too lucky and too meritorius u wd get ur subject of choice in 1st attempt. Again u hv to give drop for 2 - 3 times. So once u come out of doing pg u wd be at around 30 - 32 years. Then again u wd sit for NEET SS . If u get chance again 3 yrs of superspeciality training. So ultimately u wd be superspecialist at age of 36 - 37 years. And then u wd start ur practice and eventually see most of the fields including urs are already saturated. Thats why its a logical decision that dnt try neet ug beyond 2 attempts

I can really relate with you , I'm also from UP and here as well i don't think so I'll get a decent gmc below 650 . Tho my mock test aren't going that well but I've not lost the hope yet and I'm trying my best to score the maximum i can in this limited amount of time Idk why am I sharing this here but ig this is the situation of all the droppers rn . And yk What keeps me going - " i can do it " my inner sense always tell me this .

(this is just my experience and opinion) I gave NEET in 2024. Like you, in 11 I was clear about taking bio cause I loved it. Then joined a reputed coaching while taking a dummy school and that decision also ruined my boards. For some who scored above 90% in ICSE, seeing my CBSE results broke me. Na neet hopaya na boards. My parents were like that. Then joining that reputed coaching was also a bad decision. Here if you don't score above 600, no one sees you. And in my mocks I never got above 500. This year my parents were forcing me to take a drop for neet gain while I wasn't ready. I was scared of the long years of my youth I would have to sacrifice for being a doctor, kaun bola tha ki Doctor ke Paisa hi Paisa hota hai!? Neet crack kar do life set hai? Stepping into this field I had no idea what I was getting into. Only when I spend a year here, got to know the harsh truths that no one tells you before coming here. Now I don't want to prepare for neet anymore even though so much money has been wasted and everytime I feel really guilty facing my father. IISER gave me hope. Made me realise that there's another path that is more suitable for me. So going to give IAT next year and yeah as I love bio and I am really interested in this research field of bio, only after that and marking all the points you covered in your video, I am taking this decision.

Just a suggestion:- If you are going to give IAT next year then you should also fill the form of NEST( an exam for NISER , it's also a research institute).. In NEST you can attempt any 3 subjects unlike IAT (In IAT you have to attempt maths as well)

Bro it's seems like you telling my story..so relatable dude I'm in same era and just 2 days ago i found about iiser nd I'm gonna give it fs! its my 2nd drop and I'm frustrated noww I don't want to give more it's enough! I also want a decent score for my parents.. deep down I know I can't get any gmc also I'm belong from Rajasthan nd here's cutoff touches sky! I am currently in 12th, unlike most people I have known about IISERs since my childhood because a close relative of mine is a professor in IISER(I won't mention which IISER or which branch for privacy) but only in my teens did I know about the true significance of such institutions. I also liked to learn and enjoyed sciences, I would score low in school tests but everyone would know that I understood things outside of school curriculum. I want to study physics and really get involved in research. First thing that comes to mind when studying basic sciences is normal Bsc Msc degree but I know doing these degrees and getting a job is really tough so I made decision to do JEE preparation so that I can get into IISc(naive dreams) and IISER, I enrolled in FIITJEE for this. I can say the entire coaching is a scam, the teachers are horrible and just kill your passion, I put 100% of my faith into coaching thinking they will teach every topic in rigorous detail but they didn't and I wasted more than 6 months then I took tuition of an ex FIITJEE teacher for physics, I am seeing lot of improvement but I still am among the more poor performing students of that batch. Like this I had to find ex coaching teachers for other subjects. I am stuck with huge backlogs and I am performing poorly in every batch even though I am studying atleast more than 6 hours not counting tuitions. I have completely killed my social life. I want to for the first time in my life truly learn something for the passion of it, everyone in my coaching are studying only for getting this branch because they will get this package blah blah, no one even likes the subjects they study. I love math and physics but still underperform. I have been to IISER few times to attend seminars, the ambience is different, there is something that is nurturing the intellect over there, people aren't discussing what package is best or how to get best score in this exam they are talking about real science. That is the time I really fell in love with the place . I want to go to IISER on my own merit not because I know some one. Watching this video I got some hope that I don't need to be some FIITJEE or Akash topper batch kid who eats cengage dc pandey for breakfast. I don't know what will happen to me but I will try to achieve my dream.

Didi I don't know if you will read my comment or not, but you just cannot imagine how much I needed this. I am going through a very rough patch. I basically wasted my drop year chasing after NEET.....but it is slowly gaining upon me that being a doctor is not what I really want!....my NEET exam 2nd attempt is just a month away and I have already kind of given up on it.....but I am really opting for my IAT exam. Ye toh jee ke liye bhi relatable ho gaya , recently i gave jee advanced and most probably i wont gimet into iit , not gonna take a drop and gonna get into iiser pune

And literally i don't think that a student should attempt beyond 2 drops coz it's not only neet you have to do 5.5 years of mbbs .then rarely 2.5 yrs for neet pg and 2 yrs for super speciality .man! Choose another field like food technology, biotechnology and foreign languages you would be settle in 5 to 6 yr approx..and same problem i also can't study with the pressure of money that my parents pay such a colossal amount to coaching institutes without getting surity of government medical College 😢😢

I waste 3 years of my life too take responsibilities of family and worse jobs i was frustrated during 3 years of my life because of unstable carrier this year finally i decided to take admission in aiims for 4 year degree course of bsc Hons nursing which good 😊 for me ❤

I was 3rd year dropper in 2019 and I didn't get any mbbs seats but I got ICAR college in Kashmir but my father didn't allow to go there bcoz that tym situation was very tight there....then again I took fourth drop in 2020 and still I m failed but through icar I got college in Kerala....but my mind never shifted from mbbs to agriculture I was always thinking about that and I destroyed my graduation bcoz I was unable to study I was always blaming my self even today only 2month's course is left but I'm not happy ....... always regretting why I didn't pay Lil more effort to get 20 marks more but I was very much frustrated and it was not about only 20 marks u had to study from beginning.......but now I'm planning to do medical biotechnology

I like it bio,earth science, my favaurate computer science

I also gave jee got 97.5 %ile in my drop year but it couldn't get a seat in any mid tier nit.... My neet was okish 532 but still couldn't get govt seat in my state.. the thing is that I tried to escape from the reality that my neet didn't go well cause I thought I gave my fullest in my exam and when the result came 13th June that nightmare came everyone was crying I laied staring at the celling it completely broke me 3 days later was IAT. Earlier I was fully confident that I could crack it. But idk when I went to the centre like an alien and couldn't read a single question like wtf is happening.....those days are just awful... But sad part is even though i got admission into a prestigious university through cuet I took 2nd drop for neet.... I have to give it in 5th may less than 100 days remaining. ... It was nice to vent out all this.... And you are really a intelligent girl cause IAT isn't a easy exam...!!
