I liked Eric Bristol back in the day. OK, he could be a bit of a show-off, he always predicted he would win. But it showed the self-confidence. Nothing wrong with that.

The frustrating thing about Eric is his death could have been avoided! He had a warning and should have gone to hospital where they’d have put in stents to clear the blockage. I think being sacked really affected him. Always spoke his mind and as others have said, much missed. Same as Shane Warne - they went far too early..

@@hotrodd29 apparently so. He wrote in his diary of having massive chest pains, with his heart pounding. He was warned and had the chance to sort it. Sad loss..

Nowadays most whites kids in London speak English with a hybrid Jamaican dialect which is very different from the anglo saxon cockney dialect of English which was spoken by this Eric Bristow. In the early 2000's, young white kids on council estates in London became JAMAICANISED. This is when they starting speaking with English with a hybrid Jamaican dialect. For example, Essex county is the only place in Britain where the cockney dialect/and or accent is still spoken. TO SUMMARISE: In the 1980's all the national British companies went through a process called national - PRIVATISATION - and then almost - SIMULTANEOUSLY - all the poor - NATIONAL - white kids endured a process called - JAMAICANISATION - which did indeed definitely - LEAD - to all poor - NATIONAL - white girls on council estates quickly - UNDERGO - a process called Jamaican extreme - INSEMINATION - and thus all the young - RESULTING - half cast babies initiated a full - NATIONAL - process called extreme - BASTARDISATION. Remember everyone, that the last point regarding bastardisation is entirely optional, and is not my view but instead is the view of white nationalists.

@@nonrevnosnibormetalbeerrev6251 Hi mate. Just to let you know that nowadays the white teenagers in London speak English in a hybrid Jamaican dialect. I certainly do think you make a valid point regarding the cockney way of life - although your specific point of interest would not be interpreted as a disgrace by most whites in modern Britain. They would intepret this new hybrid Jamaican dialect in London as progress. I actually agree with you totally, but before i go any further let me ask you a question mate. If you had a daughter would you allow her to go out with a Black bloke? Be honest with me. Do you have Jamaicans in your family?

@@shaunigothictv1003 I have 3 daughters and no definite no I wouldn't, I am ulster_scots myself so no blacks or Catholic connection to my family, that is the way we were brought up. Also if they told me they were gay they would be disowned straight away.

You’re forgetting that rap music became mainstream in the U.K. in the 80s which did a lot in the acceptance of black kids mixing with white kids, united by that style of music. With that came more acceptance of white girls going out with black boys and having mixed race kids. You can see the result of this in 2000 to 2010 when these children coming into their 20s, some becoming well known in sport and the media. As far as white kids adopting that rude boy accent, like you say that’s a Jamaican thing, and a completely different matter, much later than the 80s
