@@dcoreyp I have switched. The package came with USB to USB “C” rapid charger. All my cables for vehicles, bedroom, etc were USB to Apples plug. So I had to purchase those USB to USB “C”. Not a biggie, not as readily available at discount store like Apple. The initial switch was a little confusing. Pixel 8 PRO has option for eSIM or SIM card (slot 1 or 2). I chose SIM card for ease of future phone. I use Xfinity Mobil so had to request a card from them. I called Xfinity and gave them slot 2 code however, when I put the card in it defaulted to slot 1 so card didn’t work (I didn’t understand this then). I called customer service (overseas🥺) went through their systematic checklist, when it still didn’t work they said “we’ll send a new card”. During a sleepless night the slot 1/2 came to mind, so I called customer service again and got it straightened out. As for phone use. If you’re not familiar with Android operating system it will a frustrating learning curve. I’ve used Android in the past, several years ago, and it’s not as I remember. A few things I miss from Apple, mainly ease of containing and opening apps. I watched a few YT videos and got somewhat familiar with it. Overall, I like Apples operating system a bit better but I really like Googles free 15g of cloud vs Apples 5. I also have an Apple tablet someday I’ll switch to a Chromebook. Hope it helps🙋🏼

Nice video, saved time finding out things on my own. The AI subtitles are not in Dutch unfortunately. And a VPN for safety, in the process route EVERYTHING through Google...? Well, if I was concerned about that, I would not have bought a Pixel I guess... ;-)

Not all features are available in all countries. For example, The call Screening/Screen calling and VPN feature is unavailable in INDIA, which I realized after purchasing the device. I feel duped 🥺

Why is my google feed not full screen when swiped left in homescreen.???

The crazy thing is that I'm watching this on my old pixel 4a and most of this is available on it.

Please which would you recommend the pixel 8 pro or S23 ultra? I'm really a Samsung fan but the urge to get a pixel is so strong

Go with the gut feeling! I have a IPhone 14 Pro Max and to be honest if I was ever to android, I am leaning towards the Pixel cause S23 is just too big in my opinion. I can barely keep my 14 pro max in my pocket and it is 6.7 inches

Doesn't work great with the QuadLock unfortunately, was hoping to utilise for Torch toggling

Now mention how many of those are available outside of US. Also if you can tell me how to get 50mpx raw photos I'd be grateful. Asking because you obviously didn't download those photos to PC.

Scrolling stuttety, animations not up to standard of Samsung or OnePlus. Sold my 8 pro and went back to Samsung. Pity as it has great features.
