Japan has the best soft serve in the world, hands down 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Wow. So much snow there. It’s beautiful! Wish I can visit one day 💖
A very cold but fantastic Hokkaido adventure. I will definitely try that 100 years + traditional Panju. No matter where I travel I look for the authentic before the familiar 👍
I loved watching you two turn into children eating icecream in the freezing cold, silly but one of my favourite things to do too. Can't wait to get back to Japan an visit Hokkaido. Thanks for sharing.
Sitting in the lounge chair in a very Humid Queensland Australia. We miss Japan so much .. Thank you both so much for keeping our Dream alive. 🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘
We went to the nearby Nikka whisky distillery …towards the end of the tour there is all you can drink whisky samples when we were there… so fun
Hi Satoshi and Sinichi. Sorry its been so long. Missed u and rewatching videos today. I realized watching this video I make some pretty intersting food noises when im enjoying my food. Some mmmmmms n ooooooh n oh my guhhhhhds, Haha, since ive started your channel plus ive managed to branch out and try new eats. Out of my comfort zone stuff. My son and I also describe our eats as well. Just like you and Satoshi. So Thank you for giving us our voice. Many blessings to you both.
One of these days I'll go to Japan and eat all that food!
Squishy squishy. So exciting to see this expression from Satoshi. ❤️So many yummy looking treats. I wish I could go to Japan some day. If I do, I would need Tabi Eats as my tour guides.
Otaru… so beautiful in the summer. My mother was from Otaru and my aunt owned a ramen shop in the train station. She had a shaved ice machine. Such good memories.
How gorgeous! I’m planning with hope to take my teenagers to Japan in winter. We’re in Los Angeles so they LOVE visiting cold, snowy weather. Thank you both for your continued sharing! 🙏😻

How was the trip? Can't wait to take mine within the next couple of years. Lived there in 2004
You are champions--eating ice cream in the snow--but it looked delicious! Thank you for the winter street food tour of Otaru. All the food looked scrumptious and the snowy sights were gorgeous, particularly the harbor at night. ❤️❤️🍦
I just love and adore Satoshi and his Adorable English accent
This town and the reviews are splendid. It's interesting details, thanks for sharing Tabi Eats.
Thanks for listing all the places you visited…
Eight layer soft serve?! 😲 hilarious watching the chaps trying to eat it 🤣 Fabulous vid such beautiful scenery
Such a fun video. I am an ice cream nut and am jealous of those huge ice cream cones.
winter wonderland loved all the choice of food just beautiful with all the snow
I love watching you guys!, ❤
I want to try every single thing you ate there! Potatoe, buns, ice cream, butter, etc..
Music Box Museum. Bought a couple of music boxes there when visiting my grandfather. He was a fisherman by trade, of course now retired. Yay on the buttered potatoes. They'll warm you up.
I’m not a big fan of castela but love the freshly baked breads, and buns filled with adzuki beans and thick slices of toast topped with melted cheese. The ice cream flavours all look delicious but my favourite flavour is Matcha.
That cheese korokke... *drool* I really want to try it!
dreamy snowy atmosphere
The icicles hanging off the building at the end 👌
I want to try all the sweet treats! They look so good and me being a sweet tooth, this is paradise. lol
I so much enjoyed this video! Thank you friends!!! This ice cream looked so good you are so brave, to eat one in this cold weather brrr, but my favorite above all would be the warm potato or the koroke! Thank you for taking us with you!
This was so fun I love otaru
Good news! Japan is opening its borders to tourists starting October 11! Missing Japan so badly that I just posted our Hokkaido trip last 2020 on my channel. Here's to hoping to travel to Japan again
Hokkaido is one of my biggest dream..I hope one day I can have a chance to visit Hokkaido..thanks for the video 😀
OMG... thank you guys.... this episode reminds me of one summer when I went there with my partner... but I haven't been able to go back to Japan, because well, 'rona... God, I miss him and our memories together... Thanks a lot guys, watching this episode really treat my longing feeling. 🥲🥲🥲 Take care during your trips, boys. 🤗🤗🤗
All of those foods looked good❤
I am loving this hokkaido series
Laying here in bed at 230 am and now I want a baked potato😋
Oh I can't wait to visit Hokkaido. I love watching snow falling while inside with a hot chocolate. Christmas here use to have snow ever year now we're lucky to get s flurry of snow never sticking. I love the snow but not.the slushy and iccy parts. Without Snow it's not Christmas time and feelings. I'm just waiting to hope to see the snow festival. Awesome videos guy now I know where to buy fantastic foods too.
Otaru also has a super romantic snow festival that's held around the same time as the Sapporo Snow Festival. It's called the Yuki Akari no Michi (Snow Light Path Festival), and they build snow lantern displays using actual candles for illumination - it's magical, definitely worth the trip.
Two things I've learned from Bokksu; Hokkaido potatoes and Hokkaido butter are AMAAAAZING. Also, I already miss Christmas. ☹ All this cold and snow just isn't the same without the lights and decorations.
Live your best life_ hug loved ones and stay awesome
I lost my friend of 51 years last year. He was from Okinawa. The man with the beard reminds me of him. I now have to watch all your videos. Thank you for sharing
Ohhh.. I haven't seen a white Christmas in a very long time. The pizza stick looks good.
Thanks for this winter wonderland video!
I grabbed some ice cream from the freezer when you guys were tasting that sot serve. Yum makes me want to visit here on a future trip to Japan!
So, I'm eating a nice, nutritious, banana while watching this and then you two start eating the most fabulous street food! You both were enjoying everything *so much*! So jealous now! :D

you guys are so cute and enjoyable to watch!! Enjoy watching you try the street food in Hokkaido and bring us virtually around! The snippets about the place and its history are fun too! My kind of video. You have a new sub!
Otaru is such a fun area for finding food. A long stroll along the canal during summer is quite refreshing as well. Winter there is just wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
すごく寒い なのに···アイスを (笑) 😂
Thanks for taking us by the canal at night, I really love the night shots, and with the snow, this was so pretty. Very much enjoyed this, thanks!! :)
Wow~ I'm drooling over those super fluffy baby castellas. One day, I hope to travel and experience Hokkaido myself!

I want to eat those, too!
I'm with Shinichi. Cream corn croquettes are the best. I once had a crab cream corn croquettes and I damn near died at how good that was. I still dream about that dish.
I purposefully haven’t watched videos from here in 3 months… just so that I could binge them all at once 🤣
I was in Otaru ~4 years ago... seems I missed A LOT of tasty eats. Now determined to go back and try allll of this :) Awesome video as per usual with you two!!!!
Very interesting and enjoyable video
thank you guys you are doing this job very well
Satoshi is a treasure
Yummy. You guys are crazy... Ice cream in a very cold place and not just 1 or 2 scoops. Impressive 💪👏
Thanks for sharing awesome ❤️
Love hokaido gys
Walking along the canal at nighttime during the snow festival season is still one of my best memories of Japan :)
I AM BEYOND JEALOUS!
You guys did a great job showing us all Otaru. Next time I come I will add this to my visit to try all those tasty treats. Thanks!!!
Thanks guys for braving the cold for all the amazing street foods. Everything looked delicious but that soft serve.... omg!! That looked so yummy!🍦😊

Hi Shinichi and Satoshi, this was a really nice video thank you! Just kinda’ upset because we were planning to go to Hokkaido last 2020 but unfortunately wasn’t able to go because of Covid. Anyway, hopefully in the future! 🗻
i was expecting only to get info about the food but you guys also gave recommendation of where to go! I'll refer to this video (and the hakodate one) for my next trip! Thank you!

Mahalo for all beautiful places of Japan and awesome food
Really enjoy these types of vids guys!!!! Looks really nice with the snow!!! And the old buildings too!!! ❄️ but that’s way too cold 🥶 for me!!!! ✌🏻
One of my favourite cities!
Love the videos from Hokaido Satoshi is the champ!
I love Hokkaido. Hope you make more videos of exploring more of Hokkaido. I myself hv gone to Otaru twice... one in autumn the other in winter.. but went during early winter so didn't get to see the light up in the snow.
That hot potato with butter was like comfort food for me, here in Switzerland we have a dish like that „Gschwellti mit Chäs“ means steamed potato, eaten with butter like you do, plus you snack slices of cheese or „Chäs“ beside of the potato. And that‘s it. Sounds so boring but means the world to me, I‘m happy when ever I eat it. I would love to eat all the other dishes and snacks too ohh they look so tasty. I do enjoy every trip you make and film for us thank you so so much. Also I really enjoyed the long video on your channel, that was so much fun to follow you around. Have a wonderful week ^^//
You are making me so hungry. I would love to try street food in Japan but I would need a guide to come with me.
That potato 🥔 and butter 🧈 looks so comforting in such cold weather! 😋😋😋
> Satoshi is so frick'n adorable
Awesome
I want to eat it all.
you had me drooling with the panju!
I Love you guys!
It all looked so good, lovely places too😊
Wow a real white winter, it looks so beautiful. You took me back to winter holdays when I was a kid.
Thanks so much for such a 'cold but yummylicious' video. I think my fav would be Satoshi's cheesy korokke and of course the multi layered soft serve!!! 😱😱🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦🍦💖💖👍🏽😊
Guy’s you are so cool!! I REALLY LOVE OTARU!!! That CANAL IS SO AMAZING DURIG WINTER!!!i really missed it…especially the foods!!!
