The entire country is amazing!

Came here from Julie and Warren. I get excited seeing new retirees traveling the world. It’s so inspiring to see you all galavant around the world. I’m turning 44 soon and this is the life that me and my husband are looking forward to. We slow travel during off season throughout winter but this is the kind of lifestyle we aspire to have by the time I hit 60 when our daughter turns 18. Looking forward to following you both. Oh thanks so much for watching, we really appreciate it! We are living the dream and we feel so fortunate. It took some courage to sell it all and do it, but we would not change a thing. It is so exciting to hear that others want to do the same. We are 51 and 53. We leave in a few weeks to go to Montenegro, but we should have a few days in Corfu before we go.

This is our 3rd visit to Albania, and we will be back. We can only stay 90 days out of 180 days without a visa permit. This is a glorious country with the most lovely people as hosts! Albania IS GREAT.

We love Albania, this is our 3rd visit to the country. It is a special place with wonderful people.

Yes, today will be 24. By end of the week and weekend we will be 30/31 which will be the hottest since we've arrived.

Berat is an Illyrian city, dated at least 5century bc. It’s the only city in Europe inhabited continuously, inside and outside the Castle. Thank you!

Our favourite part is from the fortress viewpoint overlooking the city. It is stunning.

Such a cool place! I sorta love that you got lost and had to take the "scenic route". 😊 Just magical, and so OLD. Where are you off to next? Can't wait to see.

Yeah we were lost for sure. In about 3 weeks we head to Montenegro. Still in Saranda, Albania.

@@conniecrew2585 we have been to Kotor before but only for a few days. We'll be there 6 weeks so we'll see a few things I'm sure. @@conniecrew2585 I'd like the income but it's not required. It would be a bit of money back to help replace gear and maybe get some better equipment and such.

kasata is one of the best ice cream deserts in albania the best one is pasta akulli or parfait as they call it now. it is only good if it is done right by a knowledgeable cook
