Must-see Spots on The Albanian Coast! (Gjipe Beach & Aquarium Beach)

Episode 1: • The Most Beautiful Mon...
On his second day in the country, my American friend and I drove from Vlore down the coast a bit. We passed through Llogara Pass, took a dip at Gjipe Beach, and explored Plazhi Akuariumit (Aquarium Beach). Then took a short walk through Himare before heading back to Vlore.

The garbage issue has been around for years, lately with the high tourist numbers it has become much more apparent and has caught more attention. It is both a cultural and an organisational issue. Much more needs to be done in that direction. Nice video btw, hope you enjoyed your time.

The tourists don't leave rubbish around as much as the locals.

Unfortunately this is exactly haw we are… especially with not locals … I was born in Sarande but we left when I was like a small kid .When I use to visit Albania ,they could understand from my accent I was coming from abroad so lots of locals were trying to be smart and sell me staff more expensive than they cost .And they were not trying to hide it as I could see them selling same products cheaper to the person right in front of me. … Hospitality staff in Albania needs lotsssss of work yet ..they are rude , and the service is really poor… in contrast with prices that are going almost like in the Greek islands and Spain ( the quality of service there though is in an other level ). It’s really shame cause naw it’s the time to attract tourists and keep them just like Italy Greece and Spain
