Love how the master bedroom is tucked away. So many new homes have master bedroom as soon as you walk up stairs which takes away privacy.

This is a very lovely house...Everything is so beautiful and bright, the natural light just flows throughout it..The finished basement is fantastic, very gorgeous home!

this house is absolutely astonishing, and I'm loving the detail outside the home. This is a huge house, and everything about it was crafted to perfection. I'm still stuck on the crown molding, tray ceilings, and the high end finishes. I almost forgot it wasn't a Toll House Bros. LOL! The basement is magnificent. the views look really decent from every room with windows. The rot iron painted (black) is beautiful. I also love the hardwoods throughout. They don't make houses like this in California, if they do, the sticker price would make it impossible to consider purchasing. Thank You Janice...for taking time out of your schedule to upload and perfect these video's. Stay safe out there, and be careful okay!

WOWSERS! Exterior is gorgeous. Office/sitting alcove in owner's suite is a good idea.

Love the brick driveway and front door. Actually seeing a finished basement was a plus. A really beautiful space 👍🏾

Thank you for this video. I smiled the entire time I had the pleasure of touring this AMAZING home. This home has so much character. The spacious rooms, finished basement, and outdoor space are charming. The kitchen, and the owner's suite/bathroom provided the WOW factor for me. Though I did not see a tub in the owner's suite bathroom, there was a nice space for one. Another delightful video.

This home is beautiful and big. I live in Canada and My house is a shoe box compared to this house and worth 1.4mil. This house is over 1.2mil and 7000 sq ft the. U.S homes more bang for your buck. Canada is so expensive more buck less bang 😩

Now all I need is a debilitating amount of money to crash in on me like the pain in my back when it randomly goes out. Then and only then I can get this home. I like buying things out right for no monthly payments.

Yeah,no bath tub in the master. You could put one in,which would be more money. I don't like tubs,too hard to get clean. This house was so nice,I would be down in the basement most of my time. It is huge and that theater room is awesome. Great house.

The bathtub is seemingly enclosed in the same glassed section where the shower is: I was focusing intently on that too and watched it twice.

Simply Gorgeous😘 Beautiful light fixtures hanging from the lovely 😍 kitchen is 💘 love; for real, also love the floorings throughout the house is nice; actually, the whole house is a beauty although the kitchen, the master bedroom and the bathrooms are top favorites of mine.

Okay Janice, I know I may have that you've outdone yourself before, but this house right here, DEFINITELY the best home I've seen from your tours. It is Luxury at it's finest. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the layout. The kitchen is Fantastic, just missing my Pot-Filler ... LOL! Also Love the staircase with that catwalk; just Darling! But what has me sold is the Master Suite. It is Absolutely Fan-Ta-Bu-Lous-Ly Awesome!!! I would hardly ever leave that room. I was expecting a little more closet space. I know the master closet from that one house you toured that was as big as a bedroom itself and had space for days, that closet would be perfect in this house. Then, there's the finished basement with the Theater room. Icing on the Cake right there. Can't get this home off my mind. I'll probably dream about it tonight. That background music really sets the mood, making me feel as though I'm already there. Thank You for this Ultra Fabulous property tour. Hello. The home is beautiful. It's a spacious home but still feels connected. The master is a little too big for my liking but I would have parties in it and turn to a game/sitting room. Love the spacious kitchen and deck.

Beautiful open kitchen and floors throughout as well as great bedroom opening to the sunlight. Needs more skylights and possibly iron design instead of wood for the rails. Great for a big family.
