Kumiko is the first woman daniel ever loved from another country. She will always be special for him if only for that fact alone. She also has a very close connection to mr. Miyagi so it makes a lot of sense. I bet he has told amanda about kumiko and his adventures in japan already!

Daniel has something great with Amanda he’d never mess that up. Back then looked like Kumiko was for him. But Daniel was then a young teenager still finding himself. Kumiko I feel would be too sweet for Daniel. Amanda is what completes him more. Amanda has the fierce power Daniel needs to stay leveled. So Daniel has the right wife for him.

As much as I love the scene I do understand why they deleted it. They wanted not just Johnny but the viewer to be surprised when Robby is in the Cobra Kai gi and training with Kreese.

Season 6 starts one week from today.

With the exception of that last scene between Robby and Kreese, they were really right to cut these. That Sam/Hawk scene really hurts Sam's character (Thank God it isn't canon) and the Kumiko/Daniel scenes just make Daniel seem at least a little bit unfaithful to his wife. Not fond of them at all.

Bro Miguel in S2 S4 and S5 would beat Johnny Lawerence easily, people say that AP is such a big part in this but that's completely wrong, if you have enough skill AP is useless, characters have shown to have enough skill such as Sam or Devon, to not even land a hit on each-other.
