I love these designer homes. They are magic to the town.

This home is Gorgeous... My concern is for the 3 people that mashed the dislike button. Pray for these people because its something off balance in their life... Virtual hugs and much love to yall, hope things get better.

B Whitney with all that basement, you could make a theater and a she retreat. Keep the third single garage for stuff folks normally put in there. When there’s no other place. Lawn stuff and seasonal stuff. But i have 3 cars and actually use it 😉

I am loving this homes trim work and base boards throughout fabulous.That basement with 14ft ceilings OMG the possibilities are endless with this basement.This is a fabulous home but the master bedroom should have been on one side of the home all by is self.Thank for sharing this wonderful home with us Janicee❤️

Wow!!!! 😨This mansion is amazing!!! The master bedroom and bath are unbelievably spectacular! Like a dream! The perfect home to spend the quarantine 🤣. I'm speechless❤ love it! Love it!!!

I was sold on the ceiling fan in the office, beautiful home. I wasn't crazy about the different color scheme throughout the house, but oddly it worked. I loved how each space sort of floated to the next room. The rooms were very spacious and unique, nice size bathrooms and generous closet space. The master bedroom was EVERYTHING 🎉🎉🎉 The builder was showing out with the angles of this room...PERFECT. Double sinks in the bathroom (I would change the black tile ) and The CLOSET 😢 Tears of Joy 😊. I love this closet...smiles. I would add a small island to the middle with drawers for jewelry and go on about my business. The unfinished basement is a homeowners dream to customize a whole level to your liking. Give ME another full size kitchen in the middle with 2 sinks 🎉( I saw the one sink upstairs) a sauna, hair salon with a bowling alley or work out room, and a media room with 2 or 3 extra bedrooms (dorm style) and I'm good. I would repaint the upstairs, changethe chandelier in the formal dining area and the black counter tops in the kitchen. Outside of that the house is gorgeous.

This is probably one of best homes you have showed since I started watching.

Beautiful exterior of this home, I love the curved driveway and GOOD JOB on the landscaping!!!. I liked the wall coloring throughout the house. The doorless entryways make the home feel inviting. I like the marble tiling at the entry and the wood to carpet ratio. For some reason I wasn't too thrilled with the sink in the half bath room and I don't like that glass covering on the showers (good idea for children). The kitchen was massive (spotted the one sink), happy the utility room is on the main floor and has a sink and cabinets. Loved the stair placement, and the easy access space to the rooms. The rooms are well proportioned and has a comfortable atmosphere , each room having a unique characteristic. The master suite was so massive, I loved the wall coloring and ceiling, the fireplace was a bonus. I liked the separate sitting area and the opening to the bathroom felt like you were entering a sanctuary, I adore this bathroom (outside of the dark marble on the sink, throws off the color scheme). The CLOSET SPACE sold this house, THAT'S A CLOSET (I almost cried). I would never come out my room. Loved the lighting and the fixtures throughout, the patio was gorgeous and the rustic scenery was nice. The basement is just bragging at this point, anything you put there would be just for ego...lol. Gorgeous home, tip the hands on people that put this masterpiece together.

You could more than likely make that happen. You just need to find out the builder, get the model/floor plan and find a lot or community (with your desired acreage) to build it on!

First pay attention in school, get good grades and use them to get in to a good college. Use the diploma and connections you got from college to land a good job. Save and stay well under your means. Build up a sizable down payment and keep your credit clean. That's it, there is no secrets to this. Unfortunately some people were raised by crappy parents that failed to get you prepared for the real world. They didn't make this clear to you while you were in middle school. You aren't gonna make it in to these Neighborhoods working at family Dollar or Walmart. Those are jobs, this kinda money takes a career. Mainly one in a field that's making good money. Here's another trick I bet your parents didn't tell you about. Whether you buy this house or one way less expensive. Don't pay it off, that's a huge mistake people make. A paid for house is nothing more than a on going expense. Borrow against your home or equity. It's tax free if you invest it. So take that money and buy Rental properties you can afford. Let's say you have a $750,000 paid for home that you live in. It's worth nothing till you sell it. That home is only costing you money in repairs and taxes. Borrow $400,000 to $550,000 against that home and put that money to work for you. Half a million in cash should get you between 2 and 4 rental homes in less desirable areas( like the hood, and near the metro area). Small crappy rental homes inside the metro area are still getting $900 to $1500 a month in rent. So do the math, let's say you have 3 properties generating $3500 a month in income. Use that money to pay back your loan and you still own the assets. Once the loan is paid back, borrow against the rental properties this time and double the homes you own thus making you more money outta thin air!!! This is called making money work for you rather than the other way around. Rich people do this all the time, some even use this to get rich.

They work, sacrifice, and plan. Read the book: "The millionaire next door" by Thomas J. Stanley. Also, "Spend well, live rich" by Michelle Singletary. Live with your means, pay ALL bills on time and in full every month, NO designer clothes, jewelry, expensive new cars. Save, invest, and have a budget.

The owner's retreat bedroom and kitchen and outdoor trees is everything in this house

This house's exterior is really grand, and as you entered the foyer, I noticed the tray ceiling and large crown molding in every room. One thing I'm unsure of is the color choices in the house. I'm not used to seeing multiple colors from one room to the next. The amazing thing is the master closets. There's a huge closet behind another huge closet! Take care and God bless!
