Thos tire irons ..not great ..real struggle ...highly recommend get metal tire irons long with rim protector cover ....it will make life much more easy when dealing with 4 width tires ....at least it is in my case

That helmets not designed for tarmac and concrete. Soft ground squished under you and that helmet is designed to work with that in mind. But, if you hit a solid object, like conncrete, the shock will be sent back into the helmets structure. I learned this the hard way, and and have a 5” scar from my right eye to my forehead.
