It is a fact that a larger section of their population haven't been taught to think in such a fashion. Even Hindus are only recently thinking about their own religion as one. So let's encourage him about thinking for the country first as a Swadeshi Muslim. He will help spread the message better than you and me doing it as a Hindu.

I had a bohra muslim neighbour. Many of his ritual very similar to hindus. Ligthing diya on diwali, infact they kept coconut on kalash when they entered their new flat. Very progressive and educated couple , both working in IT. Very good idea if we can assimilate educated muslim. We should help their voice against regressive interpretation of islam.

ppl of any religion follow local customs so following Gujrathi culture is embedded into Islamic culture to be seen where did it originated from. Thats why no Muslim is against Hindu, we got converted here in India but it is the Politics which spread lies, to which Mr. Rajiv was also replying to and which did not made any sense to me. Poor guy was contuering to lies spread by politics about Islam. In my existence in India I have not seen 1 case of polygamy, dowree, unlimited children but saying that they do exists but so do in all sect of life

Yes, I also had seen in my boyhood say in the year 1955 about Ramayana that in maximum houses Ramayana reading, discussing, a kind of regular game practices among the child and school going students were in the villages of East Pakistan (Bangladesh). I also used to play Ramayana drama within two, three, five friends selecting our roles as individual liked and interested even while we were coming back from our school. It was so common in village houses to read Ramayana maximum number of days in a month. Characters of Ramayana was our motivation and inspiration. We lost our ancient mythological stories made us more positive intelligent with eternal blessings and bliss. Now it's the time to regain our ancient civilizations in the eyes of modern eyes with Sanskrit education with degrees, Spiritual regular practices with unity among us.

His thoughts and ideas are so clear. How beautifully he puts them across. I hope Muslims ( those who think of and acknowledge themselves as being swadeshi) listen to this fantastic speech. I don't think anyone has openly expressed views about how Hindus and Muslims can co-exist in harmony within this country.

Why Muslims and Christians, about 20% and 2% respectively of Indian population are constantly referred to as minority but Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Jews with less than 2% of the population are not. Why this is the case? I think it is high time this whole Ministry of Minority affairs needs dismantling as a priority. Indonesians were Hindus who later converted to Islam. They treat their cultural ancestry as Hindu and religion as Islam. A Muslim fisherman there goes on a fishing expedition after worshiping a Sea god because it is their ancestral tradition which he does not mix with his faith which is Islam. There are attempt being made there too of Arabization of Islam. I think the idea of Swadeshi Muslim is very good. Having ruled India for 800 years the arrogance of many Muslims is not going to easily disappear especially as the Congress during its rule simply allowed their leadership to slip into the hands of Mullas. One real problem us Hindus have is never get to the root cause of the problem, never seriously study the other people and never stop saying that all religions are equal. We always try short term solution, always shove the problem under carept and always proclaim loudly Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. For all practical purposes the Muslim rule started in India with the beginning of Muslim invasion and eventual establishment of rule in Sindh, Delhi, Bengal etc. Similarly when we say the British rule lasted 200 years, it simply means, the period between the beginning and eventual decline of their physical presence. If Muslims of the subcontinent believe that they are not converts but are the descendants of invaders, then they are not going to reject them. Islam is not a religion which ever assimilates. If that had happened there would be no Palestine, Pakistan/Kashmir problems after 70 odd years. Hindu Sindhis were accepted in India but Muslim Ahmadiyas were not accepted in Pakistan.

But Christians also re-brand the Yoga as Christian Yoga. A Muslim may out rightly reject it by claiming it is anti-Islam. With Muslim you at least know your enemy or friend. With Christians the agenda is hidden. The only reason the majority of Hindus did not become Christians is because the British being not Catholic, did not indulge in Inquisition like Portuguese did in Goa or Spanish in Central and South America.

A growing number of Iranians, now a very large number, are fed up of "mullahcracy" too with the restrictions of dress, appearance, behaviour. They wonder "what have we done to ourselves? We are proud of being Persians, not Arabs". They are pukka Muslims but they are IRANIANS first.

I just have spoke with a muslim, he said clearly to me that there is no nationalist idear in Islam, there is only oumma. And if you believe in a nationalism of any kind, this means you have understood nothing about islam. May be you will find kind muslims nationalists but after you have to hope that they will never try to investigate deeply thier own religion by reading Hadits et the Sira. The worm is already inside the fruit.

kanaka108 ~ Rajiv has studied islam way deeper than anyone of us know - the doctrines of quran, hadith, sira & so on. The challenges before Rajiv are very tough, with no "good" solution available, involving enormous amount of risk, personal risk as well as risk for Hindus as a community. If you push muslims hard they will revolt & attack Hindus everywhere. All the muslim countries will pounce on Bharat for violating their fundamental rights of their brothers in Bharat. Civil war will ensue right away. We cannot risk bloodshed. At least, we do not want bloodbath to happen everywhere at the same time. This is why, Rajiv's focus is on that miniute 1 or 2% of muslims who are actually either atheists, or non-muslims but pretend to live as muslims for the fear of anger/reprisal from their family & community around them. His focus is on muslims who are moderates (even though Rajiv & we all know there is no moderate islam), who do not care about being a muslim or being someone else - Hindu or christian. His focus is on muslims who have come out of islam & live among the Hindu or christian communities or countries. AND ON TOP OF ALL, his major focus is on muslim WOMEN, because we all know, it is actually the women who are the moral spine & linchpin of a family - regarless of faith or religions. If we, somehow, gather these, so called, moderates & pitch to them the idea of being a Swadeshi (than of arab ancestry, son/daughter of soil, of being a former Hindu etc), this might open up a floodgate of opportunities for these people to get out and involve their own family folk to join this movement, to reform Bharat's version of Islam from within. Again, nobody said this is going to be easy. And this will not happen overnight. This is a long-term project, that requires patience, rigor, deep strategies on national level that will stretch over several generations. Finally, the important thing to remember is we can't muddle ourselves in cynicism forever, sit idle & do nothing. We must begin somewhere. Success or failure are in the hands of the higher power. What we surely could do is our part of Sadhana.

Jihad against India is considered holy in Islam and that those participating in it [the battle against “infidels”] will be granted an easy entry into paradise.

You are right.. But things are changing.. Thanks to Social Media.. People say social media spoils people.. But for me You tube is source of all great knowledge.. Since 2014 Rajivji's video I am seeing in You tube. The touble is there is no role model now a days .. We see crooks ruling us all most entire political class corrupt yo the core . CAs are encouring their clients to avoid taxes through some benami means , All I Mean 100 % IAS officers are corrupt . If they are not they cant not survive. I lost hope on India -- Great Country.. where Knowledge and wisdom is more valued than Money -- Since 2000 IT boom we are surounded by money minded people only. It ws not the case in 1970s and 1980s . You could find few good people - Now a days NONE .. In that Scenario Rajivjis message is like Rushi Vaakya -- He is selfless person with missionary zeal .. He put all his personal wealth into the cause of HIndutwa.. He is simply great . It is our duty to carry forward his work A formal subject on Hindutva is needed in School . To me Hindutva is only peace and internal bliss - this is not religion I am sure one day the world will accept Hindutva as only religion which gievs so much peace and love

Yeah...Rajivji is correct abt Cows in Islam. There is indeed, a weak Hadith which says that Meat of Cow will cause illness.

@Harshit Pant, We should live in reality & see what is happening on the ground. Muslims have been killing & eating cows since centuries so its meaningless to say which Hadith says what. anyways Muslims give importance to Quran over Hadith. in Quran 2.67 Allah commands Muslims to slaughter cows.
