This is a recipe/dish I have been missing for a long long time. Back in my village (a tiny village in our awesome TN) this is quite common. Irrespective of religion everybody cooked this. I never knew it is even known outside of our place. Looks like it is all our TN!!! Awesome. I so long to eat this again.... so many tons of sweet memories.

It looks yummy, but Lil slow and as most of them don't know tamil, the description should help and I saw few ingredients not mentioned like ginger and garlic which I missed so please go slow
