MUSICIANS REACT TO Dimash Kudaibergen - S.O.S Live at Slavic Bazaar

Музыка

Musicians react to Dimash Kudaibergen singing S.O.S live at Slavic Bazaar for the first time! Literally this is my favorite Dimash song and it always BLOWS ME AWAY!! I haven't heard S.O.S. since we first reacted, which was somehow in Feburary??? BUT the melody is really catchy and it was still in my mind while we reacted. Anyways, feel free to tell us more ideas for the next reaction, as always :)

The Slavic Bazaar is an international song competition (mainly for Slavic or post Ussr countries but not only). Dimash won this competition in 2015, and since then he's been invited to perform there every year. Since 2018 he also a judge in this competition. Yesterday he performed at the opening of this festival and it was fire!!!!

Good timing, Dimash is now in Belarus for the 2021 Slavic Bazaar festival which will end on July 18. He performed at the opening of the festival last night as an honoured guest. It's a pleasure to see him perform once again on the same stage which awarded him grand prix champion in 2015.

He's just expressing his appreciation for the Belarus Slavinski Bazaar competition for giving him the opportunity to become a star. Holds the event close to his heart. He won this competition and got him recognition to go onto to the I Am a Singer 2017 competition TV show, and the rest was history. BTW, the event just began this week and Dimash was back to perform and be a judge on the panel. He rocked the stage by opening with a great rendition of Love is Like a Dream. He was flooded by flowers which brought much laughter, and he introduced his mother who was celebrating her birthday. He ended with Be With Me and went through the crowd, bringing the level of excitement of the Dears to the max. To him, the Slavinski Bazaar will always feel like a homecoming. Where it all began.

Hello! At this year's "Słowiański Bazar" festival, Dimash appeared as a guest. He opened and will close the festival. Most importantly, he is a juror in this year's festival competition. Dimash perfomed at the opening ceremony of the “Slavianski Bazaar” The opening of the XXX International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk” took place on July 15, 2021 at its main site - the Summer Amphitheater. Dimash Qudaibergen delighted the audience with a live performance of the songs “Love is Like a Dream” and “Be With Me”. The winner of the "Slavic Bazaar 2015" Dimash Kudaibergen also took part in the opening ceremony of the XXX International Art Festival "Slavic Bazaar in Vitebsk", but as a jury member of the pop song competition, our Dimash Qudaibergen. After the first number, Dears, who came to the festival from different cities and countries, brought bouquets of flowers to the stage for the artist. Then Dimash joked, calling it the “quarantine effect.” “My dear ones, beloved ones!” I am very glad to see you today. After all, it was right here, exactly 6 years ago, that I got a ticket to my adult creative life, ”Dimash greeted the audience. Moving was the moment when the artist introduced his parents to the audience and, together with his fans, congratulated his mother Svetlana Aitbayeva on her birthday. The second composition, performed by the artist to the accompaniment of the show-ballet "Sensation", showed the singer and composer Dimash from a completely different angle. The full drive of "Be With Me" stimulated the audience and the online audience to watch the program live.Being true to himself, at the end of the performance, Dimash went down to the hall and finished the song with the audience. And after the concert he talked with Dears for a long time and signed autographs. The artist, like the fans of his work, were incredibly happy to meet each other again after a prolonged pandemic and jointly perform their favorite compositions. The festival in Vitebsk will last until July 18, 2021.kzread.info/dash/bejne/o6CflcSum63Sfag.html

World-wide, this HAD to be THE MOST ICONIC song of 2017 (even if it was a cover of an older song) simply because Dimash sang it. The climb at the end from Baritone to whatever-the-hell note that is that landed somewhere in the stratosphere must be the most iconic musical thing to have happened in 2017 (and again here in 2018)! Just try to IMAGINE being SO GOOD at doing something that you INSTANTLY have a BILLION dedicated fans! He sang this live on television in 2017, left China by plane afterward (kind of a long flight), landed at the next airport and was already world-famous, all of it happened literally overnight as he slept. Just mind-blowing. The next case of 'instant stardom' that happened in so little time (that I can think of that even come close) is the case with Christina Perri. 'Jar of Hearts' was used by a friend of hers in a dance competition. Nobody had ever heard that song before because Christina didn't want it out, she was still on the fence about putting her music out there for the public; she was working as a waitress. It took a week to get a proper recording out for the radio stations. I LOVE your reactions, you two!

SOS was my favourite Dimash song for ages, even when I was enjoying reactions to Opera 2 and Sinful Passion. But then I heard Daybreak and it became my all time favourite. The melody is great, and it’s a tearjerker because of the way Dimash sings from the perspective of the boy who lost his parents in a true life tragedy. It’s also spectacular because of the voice control and the incredible runs that Dimash can do to amazing quality. See his performance of Daybreak at the Bastau concert. So memorable!

SOS, is a song from Starmania, a Canadian-French cyberpunk rock opera written in 1976. This is a song about depression & thoughts of suicide. Enjoy the journey. S.O.S. of a Soul in Distress Why do I live, why do I die? Why do I laugh, why do I cry? Here is the SOS of a man in distress I've never had both feet upon the ground I'd rather be a bird I don't fit into this skin I'd like to see the world turned upside down If ever it were beautiful It's lovelier from above, from above I've always confused life with the comic strips Even wished I could transform I feel something That draws me That draws me That draws me up Into the great lotto of the universe I don't have the right numbers I don't fit into this skin I don't want to be a robot Eating, working, sleeping Why do I live, why do I die Why do I live, why do I cry I think I'm catching waves From another world I've never had both feet upon the ground I'd rather be a bird I'd like to see the world turned upside down I'd rather be a bird Sleep, child, sleep

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Ten(10) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "Popera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from Venezuela🇻🇪, "Dears" Forever ❤️👍🏻 Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. The last line, “Do do, l'enfant do” is possibly a reference to one of the most well known of French lullabies. Possibly comparable to something like “Twinkle twinkle little star”. You are right that the translation is bad on that. It kinda translates to, “sleep child, sleep”. There’s no beddybyes there.

Well actually to put things into perspective in the rock opera Starmania, the singer is by the body of his dead girlfriend! So sleep child sleep.... well you can understand it differently! But the English translation here has a few mistakes!

At the end the song lyrics says "Sleep, baby. Sleep" as in a lullaby, meaning that what he asks is possible only in a baby´s dream. The real full song takes about 7 minutes because is a part of an rock opera

His suit is Armani 😁 He is at Slavic Bazaar right now and his performances yesterday literallybblew the place up. Its all over KZread so you can't miss it. He was dressed more his age there in designer so you might like his clothes better there. Dimash these days is very trendy. He did a stunning new version of Love is like a Dream that will thrill you. You really should find it and react to it, also he did Be With Me and bought the house down 💖 SOS is about suicide so the ending which is Skerp Child Sleeo is the end of this Earthling in Dustress. There are subtitles if you want to understand what he us saying. The song is from the 70s French Canadian Rock Opera Star mania, the two main French singers both died very young one from illness the other in a crash so its a tragic song. The song was only well known in France and French speaking Canada until Dimash made it a huge worldwide hit song. Its truly his song now 💖

You guys reacting to Charismatic Voice? Yes please, I'd like to order one of those. Two things I feel like nobody ever mentions: 1) The third time he does the "I'd rather be a bird" line he's singing the same notes, but in a totally different register (belting instead of operatic staccati). It's one thing to be able to go that high, but to be able to do it in completely different voices is proof of alien origin. 2) The runs he does off his high notes aren't just pretty, they're again going across registers. Male voices especially have breaks between head and falsetto, yet somehow not him, he just melismas right through them like they're all part of one thing. How? HOW?!
