That remark regarding the outfit was quite harsh. Dimash outfit is not ridiculous, it is traditional Kazakh clothing. He was representing his country. He is very patriotic and passionate about his country and promote Kazakh culture at every opportunity across the world. Other than that I agree with you that the judges at this panel were not qualified to appreciate such a talent.

This is a Dears - no no! Judges were sadly disrespectful when he choose to drop out of the contest as he refused to compete with young children. We love him more for his honourable decision.

He entered this contest but backed out because he found out he was competing with young Children. That’s right, no huge American Studios courting Dimash as far as I know as a Fan. Dimash’s music is unique and he marches to the beat of his own drum! And we love him! 😃🥰❤️👍🇨🇦

Unfortunately this is the show, “The World’s Best” and they cut the song! Dimash walked away from this show because he was in the finals with 2 kids, A girl of 12 and a boy of14. In the Kazakhstan culture, adults do not compete with children. Dimash walked away from 1 million dollars! Dimash had a concert in New York City at the Barclay Center in December, 2019. It was a big hit but it sold out of tickets in hours. People came from 51 countries to see Dimash. We are hoping for another in America. Especially in NYC. 😊❤️

I love the fact when he found out that children were competing against him, he stepped down from the contest. That’s Dimash. ❤❤

He studied music since 4 years old and still is. Music is Dimash's life and he gives his all every time for his fans (dears). He has a fan club in the USA. Dimash USA fan club. His first USA concert was held in New York two years ago. It was sold out and I was there. People always come from all over to the word to see every concert Dimash performs.

And Faith Hill must be jealous of Dimash, How much more could he have put into that show? They were so cruel and rude, thus "Rude Paul" because he asked to decline the competition after finding out that he would compete against two little kids in the finals, and I believe one was also from Kazakhstan. @@gdouglas999 It's been a minute since the incident, but I think "Rude" Paul would never give an apology and Faith would be too embarrassed to do so. I don't do Twitter but if I did, I would start a campaign to flood their accounts of how they treated Dimash. Thank goodness Dimash is the kind, humble and gentle individual that he is; he would probably not approve. However, I think the public should know how inconsiderate, cruel, and rude they were to a man with such high integrity and tremendous talent. Neither of them could ever measure up to Dimash.

@@deborahwilliamson2173 I have tried to contact RuPaul several times over the years suggesting that he issue an apology to Dimash. I have never heard back even once. I think a campaign to alert the public would be useless at this time because 99 percent of them don't know who Dimash is anyway. Once he becomes a household name (and I think he will eventually), I think it might be time to revisit the idea of exposing those judges to the public since it will be then and only then when they would be interested.

Second, we Dears do Not Ever watch that clip from The World’s Best (recorded November 2018, released February 2019), because they lied to Dimash to get him in the show, causing him to quit after the semi-final because he wanted to give children a chance to win, which caused RuPaul to call his beautiful respectful words BS. They cut this performance by half by the way. For a full performance, including a classical style cadenza, go to the version at Singer 2017 or the one at the New York concert. After this participation, Dimash declared he was done with competitions. He established his own company and though he lost a great opportunity to break into the American market, he gained great autonomy and got to preserve the values and principles that guide his life. He also lost the very real prize of 1 million $. But to him, his integrity is not for sale.

This performance is a fan sore spot. I realize you did not know but will like attract few.🇨🇦

I enjoy your reactions, but by the definition of "cover song," only the original hit version can be covered----not Celine's version which is simply another cover of Eric Carmen's original. Celine didn't even get around to recording her cover until 22 years after Carmen wrote the words, recorded the song, and took it to the highest position the song ever attained on the music charts. Music industry people are very sensitive about this issue because it's a matter of credit where credit is due. Carmen would have every right to be offended that someone else is getting the credit for the blood, sweat and tears he put into turning this song into the pop music standard it has become.

He most certainly did, he performed in concert in London at the 02 in 2018 to a crowd of 3,500. Tickets sold out for the event within an hour of going on sale.

As curious as I am to watch it, the first time I did see it, it got me so angry that I could not continue to watch it. OOO, I still get upset just thinking about it. The three of them together do not have as much talent as a clipped fingernail of Dimash.

@@deborahwilliamson2173 I, unfortunately, watched it as it happened because I knew that Dimash was going to be on the show, and I watched the entire series as it aired. At that time I knew no one else personally who was familiar with Dimash so I had to endure that travesty all alone. I nearly cried when I saw the expression on Dimash's face as he was being condemned by the judges. And it brought back memories of those four judges in Kazakhstan or Russia who, when he was a teenager, roundly criticized him for using his voice to hit high notes. The expression on Dimash's face was pretty much the same then. Both times I wanted to hug the guy and assure him that all was going to be okay. But, as he himself probably knew deep inside, everything DID turn out okay! Now for his next big step of conquering the West---something I know weighs heavy on his mind given the new challenges he will be facing. Possibly the biggest challenges of his life.

@4:44, They got him to do this "show" by lying to him! And cut most of the songs up very badly, made fun of him, and treated him like garbage! And when he bowed out to give the kids the chance to win they were horrible and then the truth of everything started coming out. Especially how they switched things around to make him look like the bad one. Obviously we didn't stand for it and there was never a 2nd season. We try our best to have ppl not do these bc how bad they are but bc we don't want to give them any more views. If you want to see him do the entire song it's out there as well. Everyone loves the Gakku version, and I like it too, but, with the orchestra and background vocals on The Singer, I prefer that one. Plus, I loved it when Dimash threw up that finger as if to say, "Wait a minute, listen to this." That one, All By Myself, and Adagio will always be my three favorites. SOS stands alone. Your comment shows there is no Bain slippage with you...sharp as a tack, I'm a 74yo. and I'm not admitting to anything.😂😂

This is en USA the world’s best talents. Dimash left cause he don’t complete with children , he love children to much and Dimash have been in music school seems he was 5 years old, so he think it’s not fair to the children in this competition. He was practically insulted because by one judge . To me the judge was out order. And yes those are his parents they are singers too.

Thank you for reacting to Dimash and to his videos. Unfortunately, you unknowingly didn't make a good choice with this video. As a rule, most Dears boycott these performances by The Worlds Best. That's why I don't look at this reaction. I'm so sorry. It's not your fault and I'm sure you did well. Dimash was lied to and scammed before this show to sign for it. In his culture, children are encouraged and not competed. When Dimash asked if he would have to compete against kids on this show, he was assured that he didn't have to. Otherwise he would never have signed. When he happened to bump into the then 12-year-old Daneliya Tuleshova backstage at his last performance (the artists were strictly separate), he learned that he had to compete not only with her, but also with a 7-year-old boy. He then performed and immediately asked the jury for his resignation. The jury's reaction was beyond offensive and inappropriate. I'm sending you two links so you can get an idea of how unworthy the jury behaved if you want. I also saw a video where the two presenters made it look like Dimash had resigned because he was afraid of losing to the kids. The first link shows the appearance and retirement in the finale and the second link is from two eyewitnesses who were present at that show and can testify that Dimash was screwed. I love Dimash for his integrity that his principles go over $1 million. I still get angry when I write about it Not only did they shorten and mutilate his songs until it hurts, no. He also performed a song in Kazakh, hence his traditional robe. They eliminated that entirely. We all know how proud he is of his Kazakh homeland and loves to show it to the world and it really hurts. Uhm not to be picky but "All by myself" is done by Celine, but is actually from Eric Carmen in 1975. This guy does a good version, impressive high notes, but i'll keep to the Eric and Celine versions

That comment from Faith Hill was just about one of the most dumbest comments I've ever heard in my entire life!!!! What does she think he was doing 🤔 and by-the-way, Dimash is still not well known in the United States or alot of my friends and I would have heard about him more than just 3 months ago seeing as we live in Las Vegas

He was lied to and there were 2 very young girls, so after a couple of songs, Dimash came out and gave a very nice speech, thanking the show for allowing him to perform but said it’s now time for him to take a step back and the children to take a step forward, so he quit. Ru Paul spoke very rudely to him, accusing him of coming out and totally disrespecting the show and of course James Corden just followed suit, I think Dimash did so well keeping his cool and sticking to his culture and morals.
