Followed the ingredient list, but baked at 120oC for 60 mins then 180oC for 1 min. Turned out perfect, exactly as shown in the video

県が違うので「りくろーおじさんのチーズケーキ」食べた事がありません。 美味しさで有名なチーズケーキなのでしょうね。 我が家はオーブンレンジなのでこんなに綺麗に（上部の焼け具合）がならないでしょうね。 優しく柔らかで綺麗ですね。このケーキを作ってお土産に持参したいな~ 今日、練習の為に焼いてみます。 温度は150度と130度で焼いて良いのでしょうか？
