Have this vocal powerhouse “swing for the fences & knock it out of the park” ✊️😆 This is an amazing song in its’ own right (thank you Andra Day) but once Morissette gets her “motor running & afterburners kicking in”.... She’s “going apocalyptic on that mother” ☝️😝 This was one of her greatest ever performances that I’ve seen 👏👏👏 I think she not only blew the roof off the Wish Bus, but “took out” the doors & windows as well ✊️😜🤚

This video was actually REPORTED by the original management of Andra Day because its view were way higher than the original Andra Day Rise Up music video. That's why you cannot see this WishBus video in their official youube channel. This is one of those times when you can genuinely say that the cover is better than the original. And almost everyone agree to that. Heck! All vocal coaches said that.

it's just a copyright claim and not necessarily from the original artist itself (andra day) but from whoever has copyright to the song...her management or any other artist's management for that matter has people doing this stuff all the time 24/7. i subscribe to a channel from a well known US musician and session artist by the name of rick beato, he has more than a million subs in his channel, he has tutorial videos and such. he only played a couple chords from a led zeppelin song and it got taken down. he personally knows members of the group but it was their management that had it taken down....he wrote a letter to the members and management of the group and it was put back.

@@edzeljereza8234 OK YES..That is completely possible,btw i know Mr. Beto and am a subscriber to his Channel, Very smart man, Props to Rick. I can accept that answer. and THAT does happen. Sony, BMG, Universal and Many other larger Music Co's in charge could be enforcing such, However the fact a "Written Request" solved the problem is my point, Im sure Morissette Management is aware of that channel of communication as well, If you remember, her Secret Love Song was also Targeted when it was released, and was taken down for awhile, after some "communication" with the "powers to be" whoever that may have involved, it was Resolved, and it was put back up and has remained up since. Mori spoke of this the other day when she did her Reaction to it on her Live Stream, she said "we didnt have permission" so, they reached out and got it fixed. I would think that if Andra actually went to a Tweet of the song and "liked" it and made a comment as to how good it was( giving it props) that a simple phone call or letter would solve the problem, THAT i can accept, but this nonsense that it was taken down because it "Got more Views" than the Original is crap, FACT is It was taken down with just over 14M Views, NOT More than Andras at the time, so thats my issue, NOT the Copyright. Ofc it was a Copyright, But which? She said herself she has no idea what happened. so..we are all still wondering Exactly what it was, thats all im saying. If that was her “sick” (😷🤒🤕), then if she was “firing on all cylinders” (100% well), I think the intensity of her vocals would’ve been multiplied by about a thousand ✅✅✅ I recall she was also sick when she sang “against all odds” on the Wish Bus but STILL “blitzed it” so she’s “power personified” no matter how you look at it 💥🤘😎💥

It's more of like "Influence" and not technique. Being raised as a Filipino Kid and family member hearing your nice tone of voice, they just kind of want you to be this and that Singer, Like Celine Dione, Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, etc.. Then when you grow up and mature, you already have these influences and makes you Sing better than those whom you idolize when you were young. Morissette is an example of a Multitalented and versatile singer. She have these variety and/or mixture of all different singers. Maybe anyone can do "Whistle" and hit high notes, but i guess, no one can copy Mori's Quality of Voice. Dang! She's just awesome! 😍 Love you Tyra for reacting to Filipino Singers like Morissette, Khel, Daryl and More.. 😍😊

I think she was referring as to how healthy she was singing. “Technique” in singing simply means the way you sing, and sing properly in a healthy way that your chords and larynx are placed. It’s not the style she’s singing. And she’s correct, morissette has a healthy technique. Her belts are free and properly supported that’s what “Good technique” means

To give you perspective, Kyla has a bad belting technique. Pansin mo naman na parang ipit yung birit niya. That simply implies that she doesn’t have a good technique because she is forcing her belts making it sound pushed and not free and resonant.

Someone can have an incredible sound and terrible technique, but someone can also have great technique and a mediocre sound.

You know what? I've been a fan of linkin Park since high-school. I've never been addicted to a female singer like this, I don't know how or is it only me? When i 1st heard her voice she's already in my soul and I don't know how she does that. I never get used to this kind of music but i think mori teach me how to appreciate this kind of music and I just love her. She's like dancing with a word, sounds weird? I think so. Imagine having to sing in singing competitions in the Philippines to make money to support your family. It’s a country where you can learn to sing “in the streets,” or in their case, for their life. Singing is informally learned in the Philippines for a majority of the population, that’s why it’s so hard to impress the general public. I’m not saying Morissette had to sing for her life but there clearly is a standard of expectation in what we consider good singing and separating yourself in the market. Hope this is good insight for you :)

They had taken down the original Wish bus upload but the fans are ready to re-upload a copy. The world should not be deprived with this kind of performance that has been the inspiration of many upcoming singers and music lovers like us. 🥰🇵🇭💙👍👏 I listened to this for so many times including reactions but there's always a chilling effect in me Everytime I'm watching.

According to a comment, a verified article written by Wish 107.5 (which I cannot find) stated that it really surpassed the original video which has 44.1M views. Morissette's version which trended that time was removed with 51.4M views. If we are to add its views it could be more than a hundred now, if it wasn't deleted, also considering the number of views it got from reuploads, and take note after being removed, it also trended once more in Instagram gaining millions of views. I really admire Andra Day for creating such a wonderful song. It really inspires a lot just by its lyrics. A big thank you to Morissette who gave justice to this song +Alsooo, I researched Morissette's version when it wasn't deleted yet, it had 1 Million views just when it premiered, and the latest I can see is that it had 12M views long long ago before it was deleted, so I can say that it may really had 50M + views before it was removed💙
