This song is just too cruel and powerful..absolutely perfect for this series It is epic but also scary and haunting Fantastic!!

"Is that the destroyer or that the creator!!!!" This part is always give me gose bump and then " What you see beyond the horizon? " This was the reason, the reason why the first part happening. Because he see what lies beyond the horizon, cant wait for you to watch the episode where you know what lies beyond the horizon in this series.

@@thesmashgamer4896Agree...that what the lyric implicating. However after watch the series, I come to a realisation that actually there are really "lies" beyond the horizon too, coincidentally. That's why I brought it up as a fun fact. Doesn't mean they try to mean that as well,.it is just coincidentally make sense for the series context in another way literally too.

This version from season 3 is beyond amazing! Eliana has such a beautiful voice. AOT soundtrack is phenomenal but my favorite soundtrack is for season 3. Again, Sawano is brilliant.

This in my opinion is the quintessential Attack on Titan soundtrack. Nothing captures the rage that fuels Eren quite like this track. I can’t listen to this without imagining his mother getting eaten and the primal scream that erupts from him as he watched helplessly. The composition, the vocals, the instruments all blend together so well to create a feeling of dread and anticipation all at once. THIS is Attack on Titan.

Excellently put! This truly encapsulates the agony Eren is experiencing during the rumbling but nothing compared to the pain he and the people of paradise have experienced during entire season. His rage had reached its peak and it all began with his mother being eaten by his father's ex wife's titan. This is how badly Eren wanted to create a world where there will be no more pain in this world for the rest of his friends' lives. He was willing to take on all the pain and destroy it with him. In which, he did. Like, holy shit!

Hiroyuki Sawano is the GOAT !!! This is one of the best tracks that he's made but there are literally dozens of tracks that he's composed for AoT that reach a level similar to this so it's honestly hard to single out a favourite. The man is the king of epic music! So glad you reacted to this one, great insight Joey!

I have a vague recollection of the differences between the s1/2 versions to the s3 version, but holy hell does the s3 version give this feeling of finality like everything was all leading up to this.

This one’s my favorite out of all amine osts. The dynamics of all the instruments and the vocalist (that crescendo to the high note is the best), the heroic battle element as well as the mystery and softness - You straight up can’t get better than this

I really wanna see him react to/break down "Zeke's Plan" from season 4. I haven't seen anyone else do a reaction to it and it seems like a type of music that he would really appreciate. Very different from a lot of the other tracks in the show.

Season 1 AoT theme vs Season 3's take, Season 3's is infinitely better - but they're both so damn good. Despite how similar they are, since they're the exact same song, the one in the Season 3 soundtrack is my favorite.

I still prefer the original because I like the rock emphasis more as well as the choir. I also prefer Mika Koyabashi's (Season 1 version singer) voice slightly, though Eliana's (WMId singer) singing is still amazing. Also whenever it is used in Season 1, I get incredibly hyped as it's perfect for transformation scenes and titan fights. WMId was rarely used for those scenes. The original is my number 1 favorite, but WMId is my second favorite OST. It's a shame WMId was only used twice so far (if you count the epic singing part and if you count the Season 4 remixed version the same as WMId as we don't know the name yet).

The thing that this Song is in german makes it so powerful to me. Lines like: Mit Trauer und Verzweiflung im Herzen zeigen wir den Willen weiter zu gehen. (With sadness and despair in our hearts we show the will to continue)

Honestly I think Sawano is truly a master and genius when it comes to this type of music. Realistically, any composer can make your generic "epic" sounding tracks, but it takes a special person to evolve that formula and add his own unique interesting touch to it that keeps on giving.

I remember when S3Pt2 trailer dropped and I watched it, I'm not kidding, like 1000 times getting tears in my eyes every time.

You made my night with this video, I LOVED IT

Love the reaction to this epic song! It tells such a beautiful and tragic story. I love how the energy builds up, then explodes in this raw form of emotions. Yet, the ending, when the music drops, the piano takes over supported by the violin (viola?), as if both the musicians and the listeners take a final breath, after the journey we have been through together, in a bittersweet finale.

Some of my absolute fav moments of the show are happening to this exact track. Including the most EPIC scene in fiction ever at the very end of S4P2. Yall know what I'm talking about.

I have an entire playlist of AOT music, there are so many amazing songs to still react to. Hope to see them all.. Especially after having seen the accompanying scenes. Also whomever edited the video today was great. The only thing I did not like was the copyright free sounding music that was playing after the music video ended.
