I am glad that you and your in laws loved this recipe. Maybe they have never eaten real chilli mushroom. There are many mistakes. 1. Mushrooms are fried with cornstarch also to give crispyness. 2. She didn't add water but added cornstarch😄😄 I mean cornstarch is added to make sauce thick but she is different😄😄 3. I will not say that she didn't added MSG(Ajinomoto) as it is harmful but try to use knorr aromat powder. I am a chef from 5 star hotel. This is how we make chilli mushroom

Tried today and instead of tomato sauce i used tomato puree. It was amazing. Never thought mashrooms can taste so delicious without onion and garlic. Had given up eating mashrooms but now i would love to cook it again. Thank you ❤

Hello mam Firstly I would like to say That your recipes are osam you explain in such a manner That it is very easy to understand But I have one Confusion regarding cornflour, cornflour is basically makke ka aata which is yellow in colour and That you have used is white in colour is it anything else

Yellow one is maize flour , corn flour is made up from sweet corn.
