INSTRUCTIONS IN DESCRIPTION
So it's only been a couple days since Mario Odyssey's new Balloon World update has been released, and lo and behold, asswipes are already clipping into stuff and making it impossible for the average player to pop their balloon. Well, no more: here's another video on how to clip into the bridge.
Basically, what you need to do is get a scooter, ride onto the bridge, and accelerate into the back-right corner of the bridge so that you're parallel with the door. Then, you need to jump and accelerate slightly onto the railing. This will cause the scooter to glitch out a bit. Wait for the scooter to turn about 80 degrees and the back tire to clip into the ground. Then jump once or twice. If you jump twice when the scooter is clipping into the ground, it might cancel the clip so be careful. If it works, the scooter will clip through the bridge with you in it.
Now, in this video I didn't need to dismount, but the scooter has a habit of launching itself out of the bridge due to its janky physics. Make sure to dismount right as you're inside the bridge.
Does that sound complicated? I never said it was easy. But remember: practice, practice, practice!
