Museum Staff Stops Climate Protest at ‘The Scream’ Painting
Climate activists who tried to glue themselves to a famous painting were stopped by quick-acting museum staff. This latest protest happened at the National Museum of Norway in Oslo, where members of a Norwegian-based group called Stop Oil Exploration attempted to glue their hands to ‘The Scream’ by Edvard Munch. However, video from the group shows that the activists were stopped before the adhesive would stick to the glass covering the art. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.

Heck, the glue that they were using in attempt to stick their hand to the glass, oil was used in the production process. See how long they last.. I guarantee you it won't be long.
So far museums around the world have been fortunate that no works of art have suffered any permanent damage from these protesters... but I fear eventually a valuable work of art will be damaged or destroyed for the sake of "climate change"?! I'd hate to think the freedom of visiting any museum, will result in routine metal scanners and body checks like the TSA at airports, similar to what I was subjected to on my visit to NYC in 2017. Nah we need him in a cement truck. Glue yourself to the wall or floor ok we move the art and you become part of the floor or wall. Lol. Looky there I'm saving the environment from their carbon footprint.
Can’t the museum just let them stay glued to the wall a few days? 😂
