The Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) is a non-profit science museum located in Tampa, Florida. MOSI's funding is provided from private donations, corporate sponsors, and support from Hillsborough County and the City of Tampa.
Tampa Bay's Science Center, Where Discovery Meets Fun
We are a scientific playground full of interactive exhibits and educational programming. Visitors to MOSI can expect to enjoy over 40,000 square feet of hands-on activities and exhibits, as well as enjoy unique experiences like a Saunder’s Planetarium show or brave the heights of the Skytrails ropes course. We also offer a full menu of science programming and events including field trips, overnight programs, camps, adult events and so much more.

Explore space, deep under the sea, or even go back in time in an immersive 4D experience of your choice! Embark on a thrilling adventure with up to three friends.
SciLinx Mini-Golf
Fore! Enjoy nine holes of mini-golf with a “slice” of physics on the side in MOSI’s outdoor Science Park.
LIVECycles Butterfly Garden
MOSI’s LIVECycles Butterfly Garden is an outdoor exhibit included with admission. Guests can walk around the enclosure filled with native plant species and spot several species of butterflies that hide among the flowers.
Saunders Planetarium
Immerse yourself in the universe by visiting the Saunders Planetarium. Experience a night under the stars and learn about the cosmos.
Sky Trail® Ropes Course
Conquer your fears on this 36-foot-high multilevel structure, featuring over 30 different elements. The course is designed with challenging high-energy feats ideal for all ages. For added safety, once you “clip in” and connect your harness to start the course, you won’t detach it until you are back on the ground.
