So which is more valuable for beginners?? I’ve been working out for past 3 months, have seen improvements in strength & endurance but, no muscle gain! If you can lift weights without needing to put extra strength, till then creatine is not needed. Creatine is used for strength.

Sir you suggested us with mb whey blend that was a good one but recently came to my notice that they have changed their ingredients. You said to buy the flavour which has main source isolate and secondary concentrate but now as you can seethey have totally changed everything. They use whey protein concentrate, whey protein powder and lastly whey isolate. Such a poor cost cutting strategy is it worth to buy ?

Sorry to say but in mango flavour too primary is concentrate then whey powder lastly isolate . Such a poor strategy from well known brand also they should atleast lower the prices that's not the case. Not purchasing mb products ever again . If possible highlight this change to your followers they trust you just as I do ❤

@@COREFITLABexactly before 1 year they were using whey isolate in mb whey protein maine bhi kharid rakha hai but abhi ka dibba check kro recent site pe bhi dekhlo samaj jaoge ingredients ( black dibba hai jiska ) but now i bought they are using primary concentrate and whey powder then isolate you yourself check

Yes. Simple calculation hai raw protein 80% hota hai, ab usme flavour add Kiya to carbs and sugar bhi hoga. So protein % change hoga depends on scoop size
