The Muscle-Up is the calisthenics skill, that every body weight fitness enthusiast or athlete wants to get, either on a bar on on the gym rings or both.
Follow along with this tutorial, and progress through the progressions to get the Muscle-Up.

This is brilliant. I'm just getting to the stage post-surgery where I can lift my own bodyweight. I'm in my 50s and you've inspired me to give learning the muscle up a go.

Can you comment on your weekly (or other) routine? What sort of rep/set and rest time do you do? Is this all that you do on this work out day? How often do you work out this and/or regular muscle ups?

That’s a video waiting to happen. My training sessions these days are very different from when I started out. So I need to give it some thought about it. But agree, it could be really useful for many people and I would do it for free.
