Lihuan Yong kyung body builders use Spray Tan. Because A darker shade helps the muscles definition stand out even when not flexed.

What’s wrong with buffets? They joke about it like it’s a poorly thing to do. I’d take buffets any day than a limited selection of food.

estresso Because Boss Yang always bring the crew to (inexpensive) all-you-can-eat buffet as a way to save cost and satisfy their diet. Buffet food may be inferior to a regular restaurant and many fried options to make diners full quickly. Nothing wrong actually, I too enjoy buffet most of the time.

Its just considered common, something Asians wouldn't consider for birthday parties or some kind of important event. Nothing wrong, just more casual and less formal. Not to be racist my whole family and I are all Asians.

usually unless its a Quality expensive buffets, those all you can eat buffets sometimes tend to use cheaper cuts of meat and lower quality ingredients then a proper restaurant, since they have to consider profits. i dunno how it is like for Korea, but in Singapore, they load the selections with items like fishballs, cuttlefish balls, items from frozen sections like cheap siew mai (frozen, factory made ones), and cheap prawns. and load it with loads of sodium in the soups, so you order more drinks and charge you $4 or so for free flow of sodas. Unless you are referring to higher class quality buffets, like $50 or more in hotels and such.

DogeMuch i’m also Asian and we celebrate our birthdays in buffets because of the selection of food and the cheaper deal. I think it just varies for every family.

Poor Jiho he went back to his old portions without realizing that for 4 months he trained his stomach and intestines and all that jaz to be quick and effective. So when he introduced all that wheat into the system of course the body got shocked. Praying for you Jiho and your recovery!

the moment jiho brought that huge plate, i totally predicted he will have some health issues coz after diet they cant increase the portion to sudden. it will shocked the body. The body already adapt to little potion they had during diet, so it will take time for the stomach to adapt in larger portion of food.

Can't wait to see Donggeun's when she entered a contest too 😁😁

Honestly I don’t blame jiho I believe that is his regular portion size before but then he forgot that he lost 30+ kgs and his stomach can’t handle what it used to The fact that he went to the hospital after this was just a reminder of that If that happened to me I would have no regrets I’m very proud of everyone

I actually like that he made them choose 1 and did a wave. It makes the experience more than simple gorging.

What a wonderful ending to all their hard work. Many congratulations to all of them for the great results! I love how they support each other like family and Papa Yang is there to guide them along the way. I really hope this isn't the end and hope they continue the Boss Yang segments, they are absolutely my favourite.

I'm actually inspired to be fit and healthy because of them and I'm loving it

I get the feeling of craving everything when you're fasting. But it's better to start with small portion and easy to digest food at the beginning, then you can increase the amount little by little by the next meal. Poor Jiho, I hope he could pay attention to his body after giving up to temptation.

From a fellow bikini competitor, I think people don’t realize that prep diet is the hardest part for most people, not training (you already passionate about it though it becomes less enjoyable closer to d-day) Anyone who doesn’t experience competing shouldn’t comment negatively on the cast’s efforts
