Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals Barn Finds and Hidden Gems Display 2022

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

This is the 13th Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals here in Rosemont, Illinois. I personally oversee this area for the show. A bunch of the cars that I had personally documented over the year or two years. This is an incredible collection of cars to say the least.

We see pristine looking classics frequently, so seeing these old barn and field finds is truly more interesting. I especially like the 70s-80s era finds, with the old school mags, traction bars and such.

Second this, “Day 2” type additions also have greater personal depth (conveys a sense of inner personal enjoyment, at least that’s my thoughts..)

I seen the Yenko and it was a step back in time for me. The car was in a garage on 71st in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Back in 1988 it was owned by Thomas G.(I will only give the last name to the owner. From what Tom said back then it had been sitting in the garage untouched for at least 13 years then. I will have to go through some old pictures to see if I still have them of it sitting in the garage with all the motorcycles. I remember the feeling of opening the hood and seeing the motor and what it felt like to sit in her. I was given a price for the car and the next weekend I laid the money in front of him and he backed out. There is another offer that was made to me to acquire the car but I'm not going to tell that story here.

I love those slots on the cuda as well as the biasply tires. Obviously the tires suck by modern standards but I love the "squareness" of them from the tread to the sidewall

The SSJ Gran Prix was a very limited Hurst car, it had special paint, wheels, shifter, and performance accessories. I think that they only came in 2 colors black or white, with gold stripes and trim. Barn finds are my favorite, keep up the great work.

What are you doing with the camera? Can't you just hold the hold it and pan it around smoothly?
