The purple was also “christed” into the eyes. Eventually blinding the eye but Christ’s name came from that purple

Yes, it came from the Phoenicians. They were called the "Purple People" by the Greek. Phoenicians were merchant traders and the fabrics from the dye were very valuable.

It may be white lead powder. In ancient time, they were using pots made of lead. Also, the liquid must be brine. They were heating up the brine with the snail extract for over 10 days inside of a lead pot. So lead shoud have been reactivated with the content. In order to speed up the process, he may have used lead powder instead. P.S. I am no chemist and lead is a very toxic element.

Aren't snails unclean? Why would people disobey the Father and use what He called unclean? I can't help but wonder if the blue dye came from a clean source, not an unclean source.

@@adamodeo9320 🤣OK! You are a deluded 'Jew' and not a descent from an ancient Israelite. Even YOUR Jewish Almanac states this: "It is incorrect to call an ancient Israelite a Jew or to call a contemporary Jew an Israelite or an Hebrew. The (modern) term “Jew” is used to refer both to people who follow Judaism and to members of the various Jewish ethnicities, even if they are non-religious. There is much to say on this word, because it is a transliteration of a transliteration of a transliteration!
