Even though I know he’s guilty I actually feel embarrassed these two defense attorneys supposed to be the best around. What a circus of BS. If you lie to me about one thing, I have to believe that you lie to me about everything. That’s kindergarten knowledge.

Alex is a serial killer!!! He first killed the housekeeper. He asked Maggie and Paul to lie, that she fell down the stairs. When Maggie and Paul were threatening to go to the police Alex had to eliminate them. Alex checked their phones and erased that information from their phones. Alex also killed Hakeem Pinckney by unplugging his ventilator and went to Hakeem's mother and said we can file a lawsuit against the nursing home. He did the same for the housekeeper, he told her children we can file a lawsuit. And kept all their money. Alex also murdered Steven Smith because Buster was having a gay relationship with him. He needs Buster to carry on the family legacy! Buster can't be gay. In his mind he thought Steven would make Buster gay. There are lots of victims out there. Alex is a serial killer. A defense attorney will struggle with a closing when he knows his client is guilty - he will therefore try to plug holes in the prosecution's argument - but in this case, the prosecution along with law enforcement did the work, there is no doubt that they covered all the grounds. The judge himself saw this verdict coming long ago but.... the burden of proof was concluded from the first witness. The rest was all just entertainment for me.
He lied because of his drug addiction? He couldn't have killed his wife and son because he loved them? There are countless people who are not addicts and lie (George Santos anyone?). Good question.
This whole case is like a dog and pony show. The sheriff deputies completely screwed up the crime scene so almost no evidence was available that was not contaminated. And there are too many questions about Murdaughs behavior. Like why was he at the kennels instead of meeting the police at the house that night? And what happened to the brown dog in the video? It was not there when the sheriff showed up. Or at least it was not in the body cam video. There is so much that we don't know. If he didn't do it, he knows who did.
Not impressed with the Defense but the Prosecution has it going on for them Praying for Justice for Paul and Maggie

At first I thought the prosecutor was weak, but listening to the defense attorney, I changed my mind
Is this the full closing for the defense? I've been at work. Missed it.

Can’t use past crimes of defendant in this case! But that’s all the prosecution did 🤔

How put on that breaking up WITH that lawyer at end and alac smirks as they sit down how put on
The prosecution closing was good crieghton laid it out and John brought it home he was amazing. Jim did a good job defending was great in cross. Tried to lay out a good defense. Investigation wasn’t perfect. When Alex testifies he blew all that. His closing was lack luster and scattered. Seemed defeated
A juror is excused just before the closing argument by the defense? Could the fix be in? The prosecution did a great job yesterday. Perhaps it was too good. Highly suspicious. Having lived close to this area this is not surprising in the least.

@@rhondaclark5335No…where do you get your information?? The juror was observed talking to others about the case. Maybe she was sleeping too, but that is not what the judge discussed when he dismissed her.

Disappointed at his delivery. Monotone voice inducing to fall asleep. And is this man a powerful attorney? No theatricals involved here? . Alex must be panicking at this point.
