Funny how during all these interviews, he never once said "why are you still asking me questions and not looking for who killed my wife and son!!!!!" If my spouse and child had been killed and I was truly not guilty, after a short while, i'd start saying " look! Why are you still focusing on me and not doing more to find out who killed my family!!!!!???"

I think it's an absolute miracle of God; that the circumstances of Paul taking that video of Cash's tail at the time of his murder was taken. What timing!!!! It's a miracle Paul was and is forever able to testify against his own dad for the murders of him and Maggie. If this jury comes in with any other decision but guilty; there needs to be an investigation as to why and how because Alex is caught in this timeline and this timeline gives no room for error. He is guilty. He murdered his family and thinks nothing of it.

Maybe an act of Karma I would say...remember Paul has one body possibly 2 bodies attached to him... I'm pretty sure God ain't cool with him like that. I think most people seem to focus on his murder..and not the fact he killed one person ( possibly an intentional murder ) and was implicated in another suspicious death involving that family. I see it as trash taking out the trash. The wife is really the only one who didn't "directly" have a body attached to her...but than again, there is the issue of the house keeper.

I wish he was somehow sneaking his drugs during the trial and then when he hits prison, he has to detox alone with no way to stop the depression and anxiety and guilt from his drug abuse, as happens to opiate addicts. It’s the worst physical and mental pain, but to have this in your mind while becoming sober and clear…. That would be enough to nearly, since opiates don’t kill alone during detox, kill him if he didn’t do it himself

Not meaning this in a smart-ass way, but they didn't deliberate for 3 hours. The youngest juror testified that they took a poll first thing and it was unanimous. Then they went through all the points to make sure they were not rushing to judgement. They played devil's advocate . I believe that took just under an hour to make the final decision. They simply waited another 1-2 hours just in case.

I thought the pacing was excellent. Waters, in his verbal presentation, laid it out in outline; he'd list the "A, B, C..." (which were the claims). And then he'd say "which we will talk about in a moment," which were either the supporting bullet points or an explanation. That allowed the jurors to relax and listen to the claim and know exactly what was coming.

A BIG OVERLOOKED FACT: AM did not put Bubba in a cage after he took away the chicken, so if Maggie and Paul were murdered within minutes, Bubba should be free around the corpses when AM arrived on the scene. Maggie had taken her two dogs out to run. Yes they were out when we hear Alex on the video. Paul and Maggie are killed soon after the chicken issue. So Alex must have put them in kennel before he left to run to his mom’s for alibi. Or else there would be dog prints in blood all around the victims. Do you remember someone said the two dogs were in the wrong cages? They were reversed. It was odd bc they said Maggie wouldn’t have made that mistake and she was specific about which dog went where.

I had no idea till that day the record the second you press 911, and during those rings he wasn’t crying wasn’t moaning wasn’t even breathing hard nothing supposedly this was 20 SECONDS AFTER HE FOUND THEIR BODIES! I have refrained from commenting until the very end of this trial, and after listening to all the evidence, watching the videos, IMO he's GUILTY. SLED knew he was guilty too as he sat there smugly in their office pretending to assist them and he was suddenly asked "did you kill your wife"? "did you kill your son"?. His behavior on the 911 body cam is ODD asking "did you check them" (referring to Maggie and Paul's bodies) then asking "are they gone"? When he had ALREADY admitted touching them and even said he attempted to turn Paul's body over, then tells the officer how he had been to his mothers going into detail about her disease and his father, NOBODY would be doing that after witnessing what he just did if he was innocent! Then, sitting in the car being asked about where he was and last time he spoke to Maggie, he refers to a text and pretends to not recall a time and asks a person sitting in the backseat if they remember, that was his attempt to try and bring someone else in to help him with his alibi. Watch the videos, all of them, then compare with cellphone data and on star and you will find a man guilty of murder.

And why there wasn’t too much damage to his face. I found his gruesome photo before being cleaned and it looks like his face was half there and the top portion and hair was gone. And when you see the one where they were cleaned it looks the same with out the blood of course from being cleaned. Horrific

He could have pre dug a hole to plant the gun and clothing and hadn’t ready to fill in and then cover atop to blend in or even retrieve at a later time and dispose. No sense re Maggie’s phone moving cause nothing gained. Also all this talk about always being with family is characteristic of addiction cause theyare used to his erratic behavior and he is comfortable.

How do you think Maggie felt when she saw it was Alex that is killing their kid,and then he starts shooting her... I bet she was shocked before being killed.

The guy sitting behind them is the police sergeant who had the uniform on and was so disgusted with him after he was found guilty

Actually they weren't so innocent themselves. They murd3r3d the housekeeper along with Alex Mardaugh for insurance money. There is also the boat "accident" caused a young lady to lose her life...

ANYONE who has ever hunted hogs knows a .22 pistol is like a gnat on your sandwich, it will just piss you off more….a big nothing with wild hogs. You need immediate stopping power with those wild boars, something a .22 can never give you.

There’s Alex in Court making notes from the Prosecution’s Closing… He was supposedly a great Defence Lawyer…This is a concern. This Closing should of been done in an hour. The Jury who probably live from pay to pay are tired & stressed; they want this over 🤷🏼‍♀️

Glad AM was dumb enough to choose his defense team ! Griffey can’t even compete a sentence with out saying umm on his final closing, not sure where he came up with these two clowns, but am grateful he did!!!!
