I am by no means as impressed with this expert's credentials as I was with the Prosecution's. Seems more like this guy kinda just fell into the job and joined some organizations more than actually pursuing a legitimate education in forensic analysis! And anyone that knows anything about the Peterson murder knows that was just a MESS of a trial and in my opinion doesn't make me appreciate this man's experience any more!

What weighs a heavy burden on my heart and in my mind is, Maggie nor Paul woke up that morning not thinking that they wouldn't live to see another day of sunshine and, being around the friends & family that they loved an enjoying Life! I can't imagine what was the last thing that was going threw their minds looking in the eyes of a husband and father whom they loved & trusted to always protect them. Soo Damn Sad. My heart goes out to the family and friends. May Gods grace give them all the peace & comfort needed at this time in their time of sorrow. RIP Miss Maggie & Paul. People need to remember prosecutor are lawyer to / lies just like Alex . That take favor all the time in best interest of themself at expense poor people . Prosecutor own paid witness couldn't even match family gun with any of the murder bullets . No one think is not f up that it was high profile case as this was that whole police department walk drove over evidence that coul d of prove Alex innocent or guilt . Tell me they already had it rig from get go that it was Alex never look no where else . Even throw thief was tire tracks .finger prints .DNA . Foot print that was Alex . And supposedly couldn't get data of Maggie phone but go lie to juror accusing Alex throwing it out even through evidence of it . Cops didn't want Maggie phone when Alex brother found it

Like Maggie data I think prosecutor lying about not getting Paul data for a year Alex was willing to give pass words to Maggie ,Paul phone . Why would cops investigator tell Alex brother the found Maggie phone on high way that they didn't need it they waiting on data . Then after Alex brother call officer again told him where he found it . Then all sudden the cops wanted phone . But then tell defense their was data saved which was lie it saving before show when she arrive to the house dog kettle . I think Alex telling truth I don't think he ever had Maggie phone I think Maggie data proved that . I think all of it needs be investigated . With cops making sure everything that help Alex was destroy by cops

This expert witness’ theory is a red herring. Even if there was more than one shooter, Alex was still involved. The defense’s theory is that someone had an axe to grind with the family, but the only people who elicited that much contempt were Alex and Paul. Nevertheless, the shooter killed Maggie in place of Alex and the shooter’s failure to pursue his vendetta forced Alex to *_arrange an attempted murder of his own life_* to maintain that appearance.

Right. No one talks about where exactly Maggie could have been when Paul was shot. Maybe she was out of sight in the main hangar when her husband blew her son’s brains out. He then goes and puts the shotgun down. She comes out of the hangar and circles around the corner to see what the heck is going on. Alex sees her, grabs the rifle and blasts her. People assume this went down in less than 20 seconds. It could have taken 60 or 90 seconds.

I wonder how many bullets from head shots are found back in the direction of the shooter. The defense bought an expert that’s sole purpose was to cast doubt. Paul was facing 3/4 towards the shooter with his left side farther from the gun. He got an oblique chest shot that spun him around about 100 degrees. He slouched forward slightly in pain and the second shot scooted a furrow in his shoulder and crashed into the back of his skull sending everything everywhere in a chunky cloud of flesh and pellets. The shooter went and put the gun down and Maggie came out of the hangar/workshop and rounded the corner to see what the heck happened. Alex grabbed the rifle and confronted her blasting away. He grabbed the guns and Maggie’s phone and put them in his suv. He went back to the house and showered. He bagged his bloody clothes and drove to Almeda to see his father. Just outside the main entrance to the property he pitched Maggie’s phone. His bloody clothes that were seen in the tik tok video were put in a dumpster or the woods and swamps in the 5 miles to his parents house. No one has found the clothes he wore earlier that day. Allegedly.

Because these guns are very long and heavy, if the two murders happened fairly quickly, then one shooter wouldn't be able drop one gun and orient themselves to shoot Maggie. The blow back of the shotgun literally blowing Paul's brain out of his skull would be intense. Blood, brain and skull matter would blowback on the shooter if the barrel was as close to Paul as they determined through the blood pattern stipple.

Could it possibly be AM paid two people from his past (nasty boy clients) a lot of the money to kill his family? Several million could set up someone very well! This may have been planned for a long time. He actually made that comment. The time frame is just so tight, and that may have been the reason he checked Paul's phone to see how much was videod, MM's phone as well. Either way I do not doubt that he did it!

He would have been too greedy to pay anyone. He would have done it himself. He was about to lose his bar license for all his crime. Which means those big checks was about too stop. Most of the estate was in Maggie’s name. She would of probably also would have left him once finding this out. She already was living in anymore house away from him. Then on top of this crumbling down on him. His son fucked up and caused the boating accident/lawsuit that was gonna cost him millions on top of everything. Killing Maggie would have saved him from the embarrassment of her knowing the crimes he did/public embarrassment of a divorce and taking whatever he had left over from the estate. Mostly everything was in her name.Killing Paul would also kill the boat case lawsuit saving him millions from the beach family. In the end he needed all that stuff to continue his lifestyle/name/drug habit. While also everyone feeling sorry for him being a victim.

I haven't really followed this case. It seems most of us are not sure and we now have expert analysis indicating two shooters then I don't think the jury is fully capable of deciding guilt. The two-killer theory should be rebutted by the prosecutors and in their closing argument and speculation that the shooter or shooters "would have been literally covered in all that material” should be rebutted and they need to show how Murdock could have avoided being covered with material and how he could clean up enough to pass casual police inspection of his body and damage done to him.

So far this expert’s testimony doesn’t help me to believe that Alex M. Is innocent. What I am convinced of is the shooter of Paul was out of his mind, and HAD to use the hose to clean himself up. Also Paul never saw this coming, if someone that was angry with him wouldn’t they want him to see WHOM was sending him to meet his maker? If anything, this testimony only helps me to believe he knew his killer well, very well, and he would never survive to talk. I believe he was killed by his father. I also believe that Alex kept a hit man on his payroll, that’s where all that money went, and why he had to keep stealing.

There's been people wrongly convicted because of it. There's so much more that he said but it's been a long time since I watched it. I'll try to find the episode I'm referring to.
