Murdaugh Housekeeper Tearfully Recalls Night of Murders

Blanca Turrubiate-Simpson, who worked as a housekeeper for the Murdaugh family, wept as she recalled the days following Maggie and Paul's murders. Simpson testified that she didn't learn of the murders until the next morning after a call from Alex Murdaugh.

It seems to me that if they downsized to ONE house, got rid of the excessive staff, had Maggie and her sons get JOBS, to me it sounds like they could have afforded to pay that lawsuit. My takeaways today: Alex tried to gaslight the housekeeper into corroborating his version of things. He also asked her to clean up the crime scene the day after the murders. Alex likely called 911 from his vehicle. The clothes and two pairs of shoes Alex wore on the night of the murders have never been seen again. Paul would have definitely been using his phone if he were alive to do so before Alex left the property. Before the murders Maggie suggested to the housekeeper that they might not be able to beat the boat case and then a month after the murders Alex was convinced he could beat it "now that Paul's gone" The kennels are well lit, there would have been no place for anyone to hide to ambush Paul and Maggie, Alex also would have been able to see anything going on down there even from up at the house if that's where he was. The water under Paul was likely not there because he was cleaning the kennels. And Paul and Maggie would not have at Moselle that night had Alex not lured them. I’m sure I’m forgetting something but these are my takeaways

The reason he killed was not because he was aggressive or jealous or any of the typical reasons men killed their spouses and their children. That's because this is greed motive. I think the witnesses are allowed in the court room, even though they are going to testify, is because they are going to be under oath, which in theory wouldn’t be influenced by someone else’s testimony. Obviously in reality, if you’re trying to cover for somebody, you may change your story. But in theory, it shouldn’t matter whether you see someone else testify cause the truth shouldn’t change under oath regardless if they are in there or not. I don’t agree with it though, don’t think they should be allowed to listen to other people on the stand before they get up there

he murdered his family, he said he wasn’t at the kennels he was sleeping now we find out he was at the kennels a the time of the killings, he says his phone is moving independent of hers as a defense but how can your phone move if your sleeping? Either way he’s lied multiple times about what he did that night, he goes to his mothers house that night and we find a jacket with GSR, we can’t find the clothes he was wearing the night of the murder, he mysteriously can’t find a rifle with the same type of shell casings and caliber used in the murder, plus this would be the 3rd time someone accidentally just so happened to die on his property so it’s not very shocking to me that Alex Murdaugh a very rich and powerful person coming from a dynasty of Attorney Generals of that small community got away with a lot more, he even thought he could get away with stealing from his company which was proven, but he isn’t going to get away from this if I’m a juror I’m ready to convict if he doesn’t testify as to why he didn’t tell police or anyone he was down at the kennels at about the time the crimes were committed, why his On Star GPS shows his car starting to leave the property after Paul and Maggys phones stop being used permanently. Why she had a call from Alex a second before her phones display shifted orientation almost as if someone checked to make sure the call they were making to the device went through to secure an alibi. But he didn’t know about the Snapchat did he…he needs to testify as to why all the times he’s been a proven liar in this trial are all to hide very damning evidence that directly points to him as the killer

You know what you can hear for sure in the video, If you click on 2:12:00, You will hear Paul say, "Buster get him!" Which would place Buster there in the kennel video. I know people don't want to believe Buster had anything to do with it but. They strongly believed he had something to do with Stephen Smith being killed. But it's pretty hard to make something stick against a Murdoch Without a bunch of things to make them believe that they've done something wrong. But what's most important is what comes after that time stamp. If you have any trouble hearing it, You can go to the settings Or gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen and slow the speed of the video and that even makes it much clearer. There are so many other things that have become obvious since we're hearing that, but it's hard to put it all in messages here If by chance you wanted to talk on the phone, I would be glad to talk and tell you many other things that will be obvious once you've Heard Paul say that. I know it's crazy to give my number but it is 661 - 717 - 1563

Just makes you wonder these people along with Paul Murdock's best friend consider themselves to be family ever since they were born🥺 Yet they're running all over the place when it comes to telling the truth. @@kristinalopz1623 ok...then tell me how you hear him speaking on the video Paul made at the scene only minutes before he stops returning texts to his friend.. and why did Alex say he was not at the kennel when the video was made when he is absolutely there.. and why did he tell the caretaker to lie about how long he was at his mom's house and the other woman to lie about what he was wearing. And where are the clothes? And BTW one person can absolutely murder two unsuspecting people in 8 minutes using 2 weapons they don't know you have brought. He killed them because his whole world was crashing down around him and he didn't want to tell his wife he had been fired earlier that day and was being investigated for stealing millions from his law firm. And any guy so effed up as to steal millions from those two brothers, the sons of the dead housekeeper, one of whom is severely disabled, is absolutely effed up enough to kill someone.
