"I'll let you know what a chef is" I fucking love Michael White.
I will never miss cooking with this particular personality type.

Lol ohh yeah the fat dude with Cheetos stains on his fingers
so u think his birth certificate says "Chef Michael White" ?
Michael is awesome. this is probably my favorite munchies episode
Why so many dislikes? This man is truly a genius with his food. He owns several Italian restaurants, the most famous "Morini", which was named after his mentor from Bologna, where he cooked professionally for many years.

blahblah italian food is so refined? hahaha
He's 100% correct about the chef comment. I had a teacher who wasn't a chef either tell us the exact same thing.
"High end people that makes the world goes round" Yea, that sums up this guys attitude for me
When they're at the thai restaurant I cant stop thinking "Why the hell are you using chopsticks?"
This guy's idea of a crazy night out is his friend ordering too much lemon pie lol
he was on bizarre foods........i love michael white

Michael White is that perfect confluence of great chef, great businessperson, and all around classy guy.
Mission accomplished. I can mark this year as a success, thank you.
awesome video vice!
Wrong: "My name is chef Michael white." Right: "I am chef Michael white."
"DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?!" x1000 times
take a shot every time he refers to himself as chef.
Seafood...Traditional Christmas Eve meal...Aaaaah, memories...
Love Thai food. I finally learned how to cook some of the dishes because believe it not, it is expensive in my new town. Looking forward to go to Thailand again. It is crazy but magical at the same time.
You say that, but when you eat his food, it's VERY flavourful and good. Takes time and talent to come up with the dishes he has.
They says never trust a skinny chef... id trust that man
Whether its dignitaries, whether its the clintons, lol had to laugh at that one
"Chef Michael White ... Chef Michael White." "Who?" lol
6:28 As the whole fish hits the table..'Holy Shit!...' lol
Those are some special guys!
Man Ive got munchies just from watching this! Great food, great chefs :)
Thats why him and action Bronson click. Both had an injury and changed their lives.
This Josh dude didnt even chew his food, not even once.
They need to endorse the humbleness of the Thai food they seem to admire.
"palate fatigue" : Im so fat I can't taste whats in from of me

+Fergus Peacock Not really. Having worked in a french restaurant for a big part of my culinary training I can tell you, at some point, some things lose their spark. Idk how to describe it :/

Fergus Peacock LOL! :P I don't really think it's about stuffing your face or being hardcore about things. But like I said in my examples, the restaurant I worked at had 4 foie gras dish and another few specialities that even a solid 4 years after being gone, I can easily say they're freaking great dishes, but it doesn't appeal anymore at all to me.
you guys put alot of work into these vids ill watch em regardless keep up the good work.
The chef seems knowledgeable and they went to good spots so I can't hate. Thumbs up.
that was a good movie/docu
omg... the amount of food they consume in this video... is basically my whole day's amount...
I'm a chief, I cook you the burnt toasts.
I got this guy's chef swingin..
i love it!
haha right on. the head 'chef' looks like Philip Seymour Hoffman after a long weekend.
he has his own munchies episode.
michael white tha GAWD whewwww
"My husband works in finance, but he's a great chef." LOL! I fucking hate it when people label themselves as a "chef" when and havent put in the work.
Just because they're rich doesn't mean they're d bags they just have enthusiasm for food
i wish i could cook a pizza like that.
Does somebody knows the name of the song we here at the beginning of the video?
Chopsticks are useful eating utensils. So versatile and precise unlike the fork.
josh: DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?
I know right. I was full just watching them eat.
he's talking about food like its laser propulsion
I like how most of them say that is the best Pad Thai ever. When they haven't tried traveling to Thailand and try the real Pad Thai, then they can say whether what that guy made was the best >.
138 employee's ? That sounds like overkill.
do you guys notice how most of the white food in fancy restaurants comes in a large dish but so little food yet the thai restaurant has every dish filled up with food. is it the quantity and quality or the quality rather than quantity?
I love munchies.
LOL @ the subtitles 1:04
Beauty and three beasts

peter rummell Fuck it dude go to culinary school and get in the business, why not?
Anyone knows the song at the very beginning of the video???
me too!
Is chef a self claimed title? Hell yes
Haters gonna hate, the food looks delicious! :) He's just proud of what he have achieved. If your the best at something, its going to be hard not sounding like a snob.
Michael Whiteley, Weasel news. Am i the only one who remembers the gta commercials?
He comes of quite arrogant, but he's not wrong. I work for a celebrity chef in Vegas and accustomed to seeing it. The reality is he's a food nerd and his passion is gratified into a business. It's hard not to get cocky.
What food videos does vice have? Could someone help me out?
I think Marea is the best restaurant in NYC. from his crudo to the pastas, it is incredible. Seems to me the southern Italian crowd are sensitive to a person with non-Italian ancestors moving in to their cuisine, when, in fact, White's Italian cuisine is much more sophisticated that the classic southern Italian food.
That thai food looks amazing, I want some right now
Sick.
Am I the only one who thinks the chef looks like Cam from modern family?
Josh Ozersky is my spirit animal ... DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM !!!!!!
R.I.P. Josh
Why is the chick drinking the beer, while the men all sip on cocktails? I'll tell you why. It's cause on the inside, guys actually LOVE that shit.
Josh Ozersky is the master of protein! The Adjudicator of restaurants!
Damn.. That food looked GREAT!
This was unexpected from Vice. You are 100 percent right.
Hopefully Vice never stops with these Muncies videos. I would like to see them going to different cities though other than just NYC chefs.
name of the song in middle of the video? please
AND THAT PIE!!! ---ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND???
does anyone know the song at the start?
I fucking love your Munchies videos!
i wonder how fast they can run or even the fact if they can run!
so entertaining when your baked
yum
00:46, What is this pasta type called?
where do they put it?
damn that pizza looks sooo good
Ahh yess...air It out :-)
This chef guy got so hungry as a kid he ate his own momma out.
Well, Maybe I should have been more specific then. I was referring to the scene where they were at the Thai restaurant.
I miss old munchies :'(
if a grenade landed between this food and these dudes I'm jumping on the food
He said "off the hook" like 3 or 4 times. Thats 3 or 4 times too many.
"people that make the world go round" - "the clintons" lol
Chopsticks are used for noodles in Thailand, a spoon for most other things.
Can you atleast see that I gave you one?? the guy you said fuck you to has a bunch..among other ppl so its still working for the rest of us
"The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which."
Exactly like the word 'Artist'.
Why the dislikes. Good series.
Only on a Wednesday!
Sheer gluttony. Stunning
Look…the other dudes in this video, not super cool. But do some research on Michael White. When you discover where he learned to cook and his love for Italy and the mentors that taught him about food, it will shift for ya. He cooks fine dining. He has to carry himself in such a way. Work in a kitchen for any extended amount of time and develop a love for food and you might get a small idea of why he does what he does. I'd never be able to afford to eat there, but can appreciate a person who is passionate about their craft. Better yet if you can make a living at it.
im allergic to seafood, i can throw a line out, bait my own hooks up, cut up fish, just cant eat it :(
