Yeah they surely are! However right now they have been over burdened with projects not just in India but globally and India will require 5-6 big players like L&T to handle the infra targets. The good this is that India has those kind of companies and they will rise in this decade.

Your excitement is palpable. I feel the exact same way seeing as how I’ve been dreaming about this and other projects pertinent to our city, since I was a child.

Mr Dixit, thank you for your appreciation however me saying what I said is hardly a point to criticise because I’m sure you understand the fact that I meant it in a positive way and the people who know me and my videos will vouch for the fact that I am probably one of the biggest unofficial brand ambassadors of Mumbai, I don’t get recognition or any award for it by anyone from the government, that is a different story and neither do I ask for it because I really love our country. The real offenders or point of criticism are the ones who still keep calling Mumbai a slum or disrepute it through their narrow minded thinking or regional jealousy. You can read some of the comments on this as well as other of my videos and you will find that there are so many people who cannot stand the success of cities like Mumbai! I have to stoop to their level sometimes to show them the reality and use that kind of language to make a point because they will not understand otherwise, there has to be a point of reference. I would be very happy if people who really appreciate what I do, go and give those anti social elements a befitting reply. Also I talk in some of my videos candidly, it’s all impromptu and I try not to be politically correct, I talk like friends do, so basically it’s all got to do with the kind of ambience or situation I am in. That’s how friends talk right? Anyways my only request is for anyone reading this comment is to stand up against people who call Mumbai a slum and say all sorts of bad things about it.

I have already mentioned it's core purpose in the video, it's specifically to prevent dust and also debris from getting scattered and falling on to the usable road as the other side is still under construction, in case you missed it. I've added English subtitles too for this video.

I have driven on american roads and the flow of traffic is very smooth there even when there is similar number of lanes and cars running on them. Its smooth because everyone just sticks to one lane and not keep changing lanes unnecessary or drive in the middle of two lanes obstructing the traffic on both lanes. I blame the lack of proper policing in india which has caused the public to remain uncivilised atleast when it comes to driving sense.

The 9.6km bandra versova sealink and 18.5km versova dahisar coastal road are expected to be complete between 2027-2028. the dahisar bhayander connector is currently stuck for financing.

We are lucky to have him because before he came on to the scene there was huge amount of corruption in road infrastructure. As of now I wouldn't say corruption has disappeared but it certainly went down by a huge margin ever since Mr Gadkari became in charge. He allots projects to deserving companies and contractors and punishes those who do not do what they promise. The only thing that might spoil the ambience, are the people of our own country who will do stuff out of jealousy, regional politics and other such reasons. Our biggest flaw is that we still have inter regional jealousy prevalent among the educated as well as less people in our country. There are huge number of people who cannot tolerate the success of progress of other cities when in reality they don't realise the fact that the development will eventually reach their cities as well. Places like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata are torch bearers of our economy and should be respected instead of people feeling jealous.

Such comments are usually made by hormonally imbalanced individuals who cannot afford to stay or work in Mumbai or feel a certain inferiority complex looking at the power and progress of the city just because they cannot even dream of buying a house here, they do not have the skills, knowledge, capability or education to be accepted or hired by companies in Mumbai and even if they do then they probably might be waiting tables at small restaurant or washing dishes. All of this results in a mindset of denial, inferiority complex mixed with FOMO and ultimately it gets regurgitated on social media in the form of a comment with an over exaggerated emoji just because in their mind they think that they made a very heroic or funny statement but in reality it's actually very lame. People like you neither talk in pure Hindi nor English and if frustrated enough you will probably end up abusing and even that comment will be with spelling mistakes and that's how people like you measure achievements in life. So don't go around making illogical comments, learn to be a little happy about where you are and being grateful instead of feeling jealous about the success of other cities. If you consider yourself Indian then be proud of the progress & achievements of your country's cities but sadly people like you will never learn and everything will just bounce over your head.

Its not necessary, however it’s a big project with many other recreational zones coming around it and on it and yes there will be full fledged running or jogging tracks also. Basically it’s not just a project aimed at making travelling easier, it will also be a recreational, fitness and entertainment zone in future.

My observation , no matter how great and in international standard govt make the infrastructure , there are Indian drivers who care a damn about the rules while driving on those roads. The tunnel lane clearly says Bus lanes and do not enter still we can see some moron car drivers acting smart driving on those lanes that are not allowed 🤣

Yes one cannot deny that fact but I am hopeful that with more and more people getting educated, we will see lesser number of such instances. Also the tragedy of our country is that there are many people from our own country who disrespect our cities and shamelessly write bad things about them and many times even exaggerate, make mountains out of mole hills purely out of jealousy of not being able to stay in a city like Mumbai because it’s very expensive by their standards. You will notice those people even in the comments section of videos which showcase the progress of cities like Mumbai. Those are exactly the kind of people who will spit paan and gutka on the road and criticise the administration.
