Mum's Home From Staycation! How Did Dad Fare? | Give Mum A Break! | On The Red Dot | Part 3/3

It is time for our three mums to come home from their well-deserved break. What will they find upon their return?
Before her staycation, Dawn left her husband Nick with a list of chores to do. As she returns home, she is eager to find out how much Nick was able to accomplish. Seeing how much fun her husband and sons had without her, Faeza expects that her homecoming will be met with a lukewarm response. Little does she know that the boys have a big surprise up their sleeves.
After a rare break, Anh returns home relaxed and refreshed. Meanwhile, looking after baby Ashley and several nights of little sleep has left Andy a bit frazzled. Has this experience helped Andy empathize with his wife’s daily grind and mental load?

The 2 boys are really well behaved and sweet. I think most credit is to the mummy.

"we see more courageous men stepping up trying to do that." I'm sorry but why is it considered "courageous" for a man to help with the family. When the mother does it 24/7. That shouldn't be a form of praise for something that they should be doing the begin with. 🙄🤷🏾‍♀️

I’m guessing we are encouraging such changes? Being overly calculative on who’s to do what may not work in the best interest of the couple? I’m in no way discrediting the work the mothers have to go through:)

I think it's not the way you think. I think they meant that they're so afraid of not knowing what to do and to ask for help BUT I DO see what you mean because it takes 2 to make a baby. 😊

@@accountantthe3394 hey genius I got that. But this is 2021 not 1721. Times changed forever ago. My point is they're suppose to do it without pointless wording like "courageous". When the woman doesn't get that praising. Taking care of your kids and home is something everyone should do without praising needed. None of these encouraging words are said to the woman. It's just "expected" .

I dont think these man deserve the praise of "stepping up to help out". Its their responsibility to clean the household they live in and take care of the child they brought to the world ....

This will serve as a nice experience to the family. If there is a Me- time, the ME - time (Marriage Encounter) Weekend Seminar comes next. ME had helped my husband and I to greatly improved our relationships with the two of us and to the whole family as well. God bless!

This is an awful lot of fuss for taking care of one toddler or two older children for three days 🙄. There are tweens taking care of siblings for longer than that in poor families.
