Multishot Flintlocks of the Joe Wanenmacher Collection
When it came to producing more firepower in the 16th - 19th centuries, all ideas were on the table. Two notions that appeared in numerous forms were superposed loads and the use of multiple barrels.
These solutions were adept given the absence of self-contained ammunition, and both achieved their goal of firing more shots in less time. Thankfully, the Collection of Joe Wanenmacher gives us ample opportunities to examine the multi shot flintlocks, matchlocks, and wheellocks from a variety of nations, eras, and makers.

09:49 That click! Awesomely made, superb cared for. That is beauty.
Really nice group of multi shot pistols.
That is very a beautiful firearm!
The box lock tap actions are my favourite 😍
I would be concerned about a chain or double fire. 4F in the pan makes quite a flash!
i like the long one
What are the production years of these two guns? It's very important to me to track the evolution of firearm design over time, especially in relation to the ratification date of the 2A in 1791.

With the exception of the loud background music. It nearly overpowers the man's speech.
