One cross-slide and either one grooving or drilling slide can be flexible mounted in every spindle positon.
Several work piece machining strategies are possible:
- Six-spindle machining with rear end machining at one synchronized spindle
- Simultaneos rear end machining with 2 synchronized spindles (just half the machining time on the cutoff slide)
- Double three-spindle machining - 2 parts per drum indexing
