It’s projects like this that will help Haiti rise. We the diaspora must get involved

Exactly!! Haiti needs the diaspora and we need to get involved in our own country’s development. i created a group chat on WhatsApp for the diaspora and we are planning projects for Haiti and our return.
I’m currently living in Cap-Haitian, Haiti, I’m very happy to see these developments happening. Hoping all these developments become succesful! 🇭🇹❤️

I am glad yoi are enjoying my country but I also hope that you are helping my people and contributing to the country in a say that it serves everyone and not just yourself m.. because sadly many white peoples move i to my country and Africa and buys real estate, you guys put it to rent and for sale at outrageous US $ sale that no native Haitians can even afford which contribute even more to make my country poor and life difficult for my people.
Haiti will change for the better, I have never lost hope and I will make this point. Haiti and Africa will be the land that people come to be safe with their family. I made sure that I have my properties and land well maintain and beautiful as well. We must not let negativity be the mind set. If we were that poor other cultures would not want anything to do with it. My Haitian people wake up don't let fear make you lose on opportunities and building in your own country and town. I am in Haiti all the time and the feeling is unexplainable, the circumstances of Haiti have never stop me from coming to Haiti except that clot shot that some people believe in. This is an amazing project and I love it
Diaspora okap yo ap chanje jwèt la! 👏
Nice to see these types of developments in Haiti. I know Haitians who have purchased similar properties in Ghana 🇬🇭 and Rwanda 🇷🇼 . It’s time we invest homes . Although I would like to see better finishing especially in the kitchen area with the cabinetries etc.

Keep up the good works Jeanty. About this project. Make sure the streets are wide enough. Stop the selling on the sides of the streets. Stop the trash on the streets. Invest into Haiti's military & police 1st. Things 1st. Stop the kidnappings. Those are the problems that's destroying Haiti. Follow these guidelines so Haiti can have some new beginnings. They have to have new mindsets to move forward for developments. Please plant trees to avoid floods etc.

There are so many places more dangerous than Haiti, yet tourists still go…The thing is, the news don’t talk much about it, as it will be bad business for these places…yet when it’s about Haiti they scare us…Even me, this is why I never went back to Haiti, but going soon…Yahweh‘🥲s willing!!!!🙏🏾🇭🇹🔥
Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww words are inadequate to say how proud I am of this project 🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹

Congratulations! I've seen a lot of great real estate development in Africa. I'm Haitian. I hope you make me proud.
yvon saint martin is a name to remember! We need more visionaries like him.
C'est un projet completement innovateur en Haiti. On n'a jamais eu ce modèle avant. C'est un projet de groupe et d'union haitienne. J'espère que beaucoup d'autres investisseurs prennent celui-ci comme exemple.
This video gives us so much hope for our country!
My HEART 😣😣 I love my country 💯
Excellent work, we need more investors and youtoubers like y’all to promote Haiti.

Congrats 👏 for that project, I wish one day they will build some small building like in Dominican republic specifically in Juan Bosch. They can rent apartment and have more space for amenities, playgrounds and mores.
Great video. Keep them coming!!!!
Bravo Yvon ! Great project👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💫🌺🥳❤️
WOW! Excellent work
Great Video. Let’s keep building
Great idea 💡 but please stop comparing prices 💵 to the Florida 🇺🇸 USA market , be realistic and please be honest enough to compare your prices to the price of the province of DR (Dominican Republic)with all my respect in my opinion .Haitian house market is not ready yet to be compare with the USA 🇺🇸 house market. 😊 so please price accordingly so people can buy houses in Haiti 🇭🇹 and support good project like yours therefore, together we can create more job for our Haitian brothers and sisters . Great video

Bon bagay! Hope it’s successful.
The prices for these homes are not bad because I saw ridiculous prices in projects like this in port au prince (Del-mar) like a 3-bedroom apartment for US $450,000 and multiple other projects that Seejeanty covered.

Who's going to buy a house in potoprens for $450k? Unless you are a politichien Who's stealing from the government, in which case 99.1% are.
I will believe when it's completed. Always having a project never finished.
Great job brother
Félicitations Yvon Services Immobiliers
This is the good job
Good job Mr Yvon👍
I love that 🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹💚
Love the project, hate the prices. The land for example is 25k for the 5 centiemes, 5k per centieme or $750,000 HD per centieme at the current rate of 1US=150HG/30HD. I think that's too much for "uninhabited" land. I understand building the house depends on lots of other variables...Yvon needs to find a way to make it about 100k per homes for it to be attractive to the average Haitian diaspora here in the US. Other than that, great initiative. keep it up Yvon & team.
Nice looking houses 👍
Keep the good work brother
thanks for the video
Bon travay
Hi seejeanty that's very nice but don't make them too low to the ground in case there is a flood so water will not get inside the house. I know this is a flat land make the sousol high and they can make steps to walking in. . .
Thank you for featuring this. I love the idea and the house looks well built to withstand the elements. Now, the interior is not well planned, and it doesn't flow well. The kitchen. Shouldn't be the first room you see when you open the door and the cabinets are not scaled to the size of the room and the closet in the bedroom doesn't make sense. Lastly, the faucets and the shower head could be a little more upscale. Make it a little more attractive, please.
They should start making apartments too in the capital when Haiti gets safer
