I live in the same are where this house is and I know the average price around here and I actually went to check out this house when it was on sale. This area is one of the most expensive areas in Melbourne and considering the average area price and land area, this house isn’t really expensive.

There is something about this house: it's huge but subtle. Luxurious but minimalist at the same time. It tames you and makes you feel it is just perfect and it is. AMAZING! WOW!

i was so pissed off when she wasn’t putting her glasses away and wasn’t cleaning up after herself and just leaving it 😂😭

The proportions of this home are completely off. That little lap pool was so disappointing as well. SO much wasted space. Colour palette was nice though.

@hello it's me the camera isn’t doing justice to the Colour scheme, if you see it personally it’s much better, but other than that the house is pretty basic and nothing special about it. There are much better houses for similar prices in the same area

Yeah but when you have a mansion that big, you probably don't have to worry about neighbors. You can easily get privacy

This is actually one of my favourite houses, im more of a house person than an overall land person and most of the mansions sacrifice real quality for just acres of land and ten pools and private tennis courts etc but for me i just love homes im not much of an accessory person. Another thing i always hate about typical expensive homes is how secluded they are, this is the complete opposite you have close neighbours and surrounded by buildings, i know some don’t like that but for me it’s something i always gravitate too, knowing people are around me but still having masses of private space!

I LOVE THIS HOUSE. I am not a fan of timber but for the first time I actually LOVED IT. I have nothing against this home. Its really perfect and the LIGHTING!!! I LOVE IT

Some lovely spaces in the home. Made good use of the plot. Love all the bars. And I really loved the fun attitude of the tour. A refreshing change

I like to see the homes on this channel, but I agree that the way it is presented leaves much to be desired. When you make yourself a tea or a drink in a home that is not your own, you confuse the relationship between the home and the presenter. What is she trying to show? The details of the house or pretend that she is welcoming you to her house? Also, as someone who is showing a house she does not own, it seems very disrespectful to be going through and opening drawers of people's personal effects and drinking their spirits while they are not there (at least she gives the impression of doing so). You can do a nice job of showing houses by not treading in houses with your street shoes (or sitting on the couch with them), researching and presenting the unique features of the house, without using too many superlatives. This house has a beautiful color palette and light.

Her house tour is subjective to one’s taste but I can’t deny this house is a timeless modern classic which will stand the rest of time. The stair design and choice of materials on the floors are simply stunning. Wonder how much this house cost?

Absolutely stunning. Home of my dreams, if only. I loved the curves and the fact that it felt homely as a lot of luxury homes can be sterile and and museum like, but this one, although huge, felt homely. The bedrooms weren't ginormous which made them cosy and the use of pale wood on the walls helped with that as well as the soft carpet on the upper bedroom level to deaden noise. The garage was ginormous and I felt a bit of a waste of space, I mean who really needs to garage 5 cars? I would have incorporated a gym and sauna in some of that space if I was the architect and still have space for 3 cars. The only other thing I think is missing in this house is some greenery indoors. I would have some really big fake trees/plants dotted around. I say fake ones, so you don't have to sweep up dead leaves daily, and the fake ones these days look so real. I'd say this house is up for sale and no one is living there at present as it is staged for selling with some clothing hung for effect but empty drawers etc. I would love to know it's asking price, not that I could ever afford to live there myself, but one can always dream and if I did have that kind of money, I would snap it up instantly as I think it is my favourite houses ever!

Great camera work. Knows how to run thru and even avoids mirrors and even blurs reflections in small exposures.

Like the proportion the floor plan the common spaces are huge but the bdrms are cosy and practical

Take my free African advice.. when showing a house, minimize the attention on yourself. Let the house be the star of the show.

A very beautiful and well thought out home 😍

At first I was kind of upset when she touched the white walls, when she kept removing things and not putting them back lol or when she said "powder room" and we didn't get to see it but i really enjoyed the overall video and how she was fully at home in this big mansion which i probably would have been too scared to touch. Loved the video, and your interaction with the camera. The way it was filmed was great. I just subscribed.

I must concur in that I think she did an excellent job of showing how to just relax and enjoy the practical functionality of a home, as opposed to a "sterile, straight jacketed" house in which others can often become intimated and/or overwhelmed. She definitely exudes a carpe diem vibe in this space, and I would imagine that the sellers actually hired her to portray the fun, carefree living that can be had. I enjoyed the presentation from start to finish!
